  1. So what you are saying is buy now while there is a price dip. But what happens when it dips more...and more? The last real estate bubble and pop started dropping in 2008 and bottomed out in 2012. Most of those buyers from 2008 through 2012 were destroyed by their losses.

  2. I timed the last bubble-burst market successfully. I bought on the lowest Z index trend in June 2012 and offered 30% Below the bottom of the curve and today this house is at a market value ( comps) at over 4 times my cost! It is better than working for a living. There is no "income tax" when the property value goes up. My formerly 2.5% mortgage was paid off early to zero debts owed today. So I am "house" rich and cash poor. I prefer being poor with zero debts and a nice place to live. You can not spend money if you don't have it. The 2012 burgers at $1.50 are $7.00 today so I can eat carrots instead. ha ha . @ZuluNation05
