  1. This is the life! Why work in a real job if I must pay taxes so government employees can look busy while they pretend to work. Just like me? Here is how you do it. 1) Be FRUGAL! Most of us earn money that is taxed to buy junk which either breaks, becomes obsolete and that you really do not need to live . 2) Do not have any collectable debts ( think of the statute of limitations in your state) 3) Learn to DIY, if you need something Do IT Yourself. 4) Never pay rent. 5) Start buying real estate. Buy low ( pay cash) in a good location and live on the property for one year and a day. Sell or keep the property and repeat and ladder up. After a few of these I bought a 1.2 M house for 400K, lived in it for 13 months and sold at market price of 1.4 million. A difference of 200K NON TAXABLE for one year not including the $800 k equity I bought in the house initially. I use that same 800K to wash rinse and repeat the next year. Food? Free this is easy to get from table scraps to hand outs. Clothing, no new clothes or shoes. Car? I found a free one that works that belongs to someone who cannot get it to run ( Luxury SUV). Cell phone? No. Internet? Free at the public library. Entertainment? Wstch other people work to pay debts and taxes to others and worry about it. I have plenty of time to get free stuff no one wants.
