  1. Louis I like your attitude! Please remain diligent and learn what is going on. This mess is happening all over the country, but few of us have the time, energy and funds to keep fighting for our rights. I am going through a similar organizational SNAFU and they refuse to answer the telephone or give their REAL physical address ( yes it is a government organization-of course). Is it time to drain ALL swamps?
