" BUY NOW BUY NOW , PRICES WILL ONLY INCREASE" " I hear they ain't making property anymore" SCREAMING and yelling while 800 sq ft dumps built in the 1920's with more termites than nails went from $715,000 to less than $150,000 in a few years. Many cities were filled with foreclosures. I hear it all to an entry fast food worker: " If you are working fast food can you make $150,000 on overtime?" If you say "YES" - THE HOUSE IS YOURS, if YOU say NO another person gets this beautiful house. AND I ( the estate agent) GETs THE COMMISH. Thanks for ALTA loans aka LIARS loans. I see the collapse on the horizon. Tents anyone ? Or maybe a raft?
