  1. I would tell the owner to bend over and grab his/her ankles. One month security + 3% per year interest compounded daily on my LOAN to them AND in a separate auditable account ( I don't want them to "forget" MY MONEY they are holding on to) You lose the "Time Value of Money" by providing them for every dollar of "deposit". I have some 10-40W that might help, or mayhbe some Transaxle grease. They will be bleeding from where the sun does not shine if I had to deal with them. Would YOU do this to any of your customers?
