  1. Excellent. I have learned these lessons many times. This may explain how a firm can sell cheesy crap with a million dollar advertising budget and still make a decent profit. They do NOT care about their customers! They target morons who don't care about losing their money who will buy shiny low quality junk that is worth less than 1/2 the cost of "free shipping".
