They already have spyware in most Intel and AMD CPU's since 2007: Intel Management Engine at IME https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008927/software/chipset-software.html and AMD https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD_Platform_Security_Processor. AND the NSA still can't find one of the 30,000 "wiped" emails of-- It's HRC?!
