  2. I downloaded the BIoverseas catalog. I want to try some authentic Ukraine salo. It looks like salt pork but I don't know if it is the same. I like to toast some bread and sprinkle vegetables and peppers and garlic and drizzle hot fat from the salt pork on it which cooks the vegetables on the toast.
