  1. This is a very important question for many Buyers and Sellers. I am quoting from you at 11:16 in this video: "...experience is most agents don't answer their phone so it'd be ...." WHY don't agents answer their phones!! I am qualified ( possible a cash transaction---yes I carry around cashiers checks to match the amount I want to pay--no mortgage company no property search by mortgage company is required) ) have done research on a property and the seller is trying to SELL the house,I try phone, email, text FAX and smoke signals, NOT ANSWERING. .. Why wont agents answer the phone? I learned that if I as a Buyer use a smartphone with a Beverly Hills telephone number the agents pick up on the first ring! WHY?
