  2. Yes, this is true. One option is to file First and Fast and have the QDRO ( Qualified Domestic Relations Order) and settlement prepared BEFORE you file. She now has a huge legal disadvantage, even with the privileges of being a female "victim". She becomes the "Respondent" and is forced into answering interrogatories and motions which will cost her lots of real money at $500/hour for each one. If you have minimal assets according to the state regulations you can be a winner.   3. This is so true! I knew one who was eggplanted by the high school and college sports teams and married the BMOC with a new sports car. When she learned he could not afford her designer clothes she divorced him. She re-virginized herself ( I don't know how they do that - Like a Virgin for the very first time?) she wore modest conservative clothing, less make up and pretended to be shy. At age 30 ( too old for kids) she bagged a multi-millionaire and retired on his money. He died from a heart attack and she is on Multi- Millonaire #2. None of them knew about her 304 days.

During the Viet Nam war, Defense Secretary McNamara started a program called Project 100,000 where the army recruited below IQ=85. One result is that these soldiers were shooting each other and were dying at the highest rate of any other soldiers. This project was called McNamara's Morons in order to save their lives, restore order and save money.
