  1. I agree with your idea of requiring an IQ test before you can vote. In the USA military services it is illegal to admit soldiers with an IQ below 85. During the Viet Nam war, Defense Secretary McNamara started a program called Project 100,000 where the army recruited below IQ=85. One result is that these soldiers were shooting each other and were dying at the highest rate of any other soldiers. This project was called McNamara's Morons in order to save their lives, restore order and save money. Today in the USA, an imbecile who can not figure out how to put on a pair of socks is encouraged to cast their vote.
