  1. In a criminal court proceeding. What will happen to a prosecuting attorney for 1) Manufacturing evidence? 2) Refusing to allow the defense to have witnesses? 3) Suborn perjury by witnesses? 4) Coaching a "secret" witness ( the so-called "whistle blower)? 5) Introducing material that is not probative about the case. There can be no objection by the defense in this proceeding. 6) The question of "rights advisement"? 7) The use of illegally obtained information ( illegal FISA warrants 17 times) for political purposes. Note: In a civil tort case, I would "love" to be part of a defense team VS "team Legal Eagle" ! Have you ever been a plaintiff counsel in a real case? I see a "slam dunk" for the defense with NO compromises and never ending "investigations" of the plaintiff.

  2. I looked up this attorney and found he worked for Appeals court Judge Alarcon ( a RINO). A former political appointment by former California Governor Jerry Brown. When asked why he (Alarcon) was selected he replied "...diversity.." That is all one needs to know. Today the former governor lives with his "beard" in retirement.
