Are there criminal penalties and sanctions for violations of the court ordered search warrant for any of the following: 1) knowingly untrue statements by the affiant? 2) Manufacturing of evidence. 3) Poorly or inaccurate documentation of chain of custody of materials seized specifically LISTED IN THE WARRANT? 4) Substituing seized materials which were listed items on the search warrant. 5) Incomplete, black spaces, or improper pagination of the official list of seized materials in the custody of an independent Third party Evidence custodian? For a fair criminal justice systems, why not?

The word on the street where gambling and Casinos are legally permitted is that Casino Security and/or their agents will attach a covert GPS tracker on the vehicle or personal effects of anyone who wins that they do not have identified in their "Black books". These Black books have photos and dossiers on each of the of persons they do not want in their casinos. You do not have to be a criminal or cheat but only just lucky patrons or visitors visiting their casinos. We all know that those Huge, beautiful, glamorous Casinos which have HVAC full blast 24/7 get their money FROM THE LOSERS and NOT the "winners" . Why allow winners in your casino? The GPS devices are used to actively track anyone in the vehicles to warn Casinos of the approach or proximity of winners. Casinos are machines for extracting assets, value and money from unsuspecting customers under the guise of "entertainment" , "good food" and an adult atmosphere of relaxation. I don' relax handing out my had earned cash to strangers, many with a sketchy background.
