Does Officer Winters needs to seek professional mental health guidance? Does he also need to be retrained for a more suitable career, sorting trash at a recycle plant on the night shift in all types of weather? Perhaps he might also enjoy a two month vacation with the Secretary of Transportation and her/his/them husband? They/them might help him with his understanding of the words "to blow an FST" test?

The Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) prohibits most persons involved from disclosing information and events involved with a Federal Grand Jury. How does the public learn of manufacturing evidence, subornation of perjury, extortion and/or exculpatory evidence by the USAA, Special Agents or others ( not including non government witnesses) and other facts that could affect the results of the process? All of this information could be used by Defendants but could easily be held secret by using this rule. How is this fair to society and the Justice system? Those involved know the reality.

@jt4369 What is new about this? The biggest problems that most LEO's have is to know when to lie and when to tell the truth. They can LEGALLY lie to contacts, reports, traffic citations and affidavits but they are not supposed to lie in court. I have an idea? Why not make it a Federal offense for ALL government (federal, state, local) employees to lie (by omission or commission) while employed ( on duty or off duty). I am sure their wives would like to know where, what and who these men were doing?
