  1. The Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) prohibits most persons involved from disclosing information and events involved with a Federal Grand Jury. How does the public learn of manufacturing evidence, subornation of perjury, extortion and/or exculpatory evidence by the USAA, Special Agents or others ( not including non government witnesses) and other facts that could affect the results of the process? All of this information could be used by Defendants but could easily be held secret by using this rule. How is this fair to society and the Justice system? Those involved know the reality.
