  13. I hope you read my response here. A few years ago I saw a news report and interview of a cellular phone engineer who designed and installed a cellphone network on the Lolita Island compound.. Another interview of one of the published victims claims that "cameras were inside the buildings and all over the island". How did she know? She stated that she thought she would try to leave one building and was followed by Epstein who advised her he was monitoring all of her activities by these covert hidden cameras . Now to the technical issues. There MUST have been agreements with a cellular provider to incorporate remote island cell sites with the MTSO switch and network. There were two types of cameras in those years: Analog cameras from CIF or FCIF to D-1 using one of many MPEG-4 CODECS. The other uses network cameras which use different CODECS ( MJPEG etc) . In either case the bandwidth used by cameras is large. This means over any time period there would be (comparative to speech and Text) enormous requirements for data storage and retrieval. Could this be on the island or on the greater network. Did they install NVR's? Who did the work? What MFG equipment? Were there POTS lines on the island and how were they integrated to the PTSN switching system? A DSLAM? In either case that engineer would have had to be on duty 24/7/365 especially for the extremely important data on the networks. This implies that thee are more technicians and engineers required for installation, maintenance and repairs. Electronic and network technicians and engineers tend to ask questions and be curious. Someone knows something, unless the engineers and technicians have also "suicided" themselves. I observed another interview of that top ranking Federal government prosecutor involved with the first non prosecution agreement with Epstein et al and he ( AUSA?) clearly stated that the FBI had retrieved video recordings from the island. Those recordings BY LAW MUST be registered with a DOJ Evidence custodian to record the chain of custody and protect the physical evidence. Where is the evidence? Where are the FBI logs of the seized video recordings and equipment.? Do the relevant FBI agents have the necessary TS and other sensitive compartmented security clearances to KNOW about what is on these recordings ( POTUS, UK Prince, and other government VIPs). Many more questions can be asked as we peel away the veil of corruption hiding these perpetrators and perverts. International law is also involved concerning "human trafficking" of children for illegal purposes ( unpaid work activities on the island as well as prostitution). In the earliest days of Lolita island very small covert "board cameras" with microphone audio on the PCB ( analog and digital) were available ( since the 1980's) . According to US law ( Customs) , the built in microphones on these board cameras are illegal except for law enforcement use! Many Board cameras had no mics ( legal) but they also have a solder pad for the sub miniature microphone. This had to be soldered in place by a technician. More objective questions to ask.

  36. Good presentation. Your advice to remove the SIM cards is appropriate. It might be interesting to visit a public political event without a cellphone ( car, trunk or person and NEVER anything that looks dangerous ). A person can use any decent SDR (not the cheapo RTL's) that cover UHF through 2.5 GHz. No FCC license is required for receivers. Copy your data collection from the live moving spectrogram showing time, amplitude, frequency and modulation directly to a computer SSD. One person is best. Keep your mouth shut and try to look bored. Never stare or Gawk at anything. Wash the exterior of your car, polish the wheel covers etc. You are now a legal remote receive station. You are not listening or monitoring calls just the ELINT and SIGINT from "potentially" illegally used IMSI catchers and their little sisters ( no warrant? unlicensed transmissions?) Once you capture enough "pre-event" data you can drive around at normal ( not slow) speed and identify another location to "wash your windows", read a book or pick your nose. You could bring along an "old" 10 X pair of binoculars ( used only inside the vehicle). Dark cloth the same color as the head liner and interior can be easily and quickly pasted up to assure that NO light direct or indirect falls on the observer. You can do this for hours in a typical vehicle that matches its surroundings. Not new, but not too old and nothing flashy, bumper tags etc. Many times these deployed devices are not owned by the local establishment but are rented or leased to them along with a technician. This is important since if you do numerous RF surveys in different areas you might attract the attention of a technician. Never make it obvious that you found a "command post" ( one name for them) and do not take obvious photos since there will always be a nearby back up unit or anti or counter surveillance unit. Many uses of the "Fake cell base stations" require use that is NOT LICENSED AND ILLEGAL to use by the FCC or the IRAC, FAA, US Coast Guard, or their leased engineering staff. In some areas, military services may also be collecting data on civilian targets. When a US agency does this and transmits without legal authorization they will not be prosecuted. Any device that emits more than maximum allowable Part 15 type emissions is violating the civilian law. Conspiracy to violate us laws is an 18 USC felony. Why have there been no prosecutions of illegal IMSI catcher use? These are violating the FCC licenses of the carriers ie intentional interference and possible jamming) There are federal exemptions. The FCC does not have jurisdiction over federal and military agencies services. These are under IRAC and DISA-WHCA. Later collect RF data from the same locations as well as after and at different times. Something to think about. Have you ever wondered how IMSI catchers can follow a target without someone noticing? A "van" may not be following the target. Look up and observe. Check the ADS-B emissions and keep a record with your own SDR or free sites such as planefinder website. You may see correlations. Later you can compare ADS-B tracks with your SDR monitor charts. Many times no "owner" or bogus information is presented. Altitude MUST BE accurate! Do not despair since you will most likely see correlations that are relevant. Rumor has it that "utility" vehicles, light aircraft, and drones may be used. The drones ( over 400 ft) must carry ADS-B to prevent injuries. Look for unusual ADS-B activity near local airports. Aircraft and drones need "logistic support and there are no toilets at 2,000 feet.

  74. I do not consider that there are "Best" seasons to buy or to sell. In my experience, I have bought and sold in each of the seasons. It is always about the DEAL and not the season. I think this consideration of what month to sell is a Self Fulfilling Prophecy that can hurt both sellers and buyers. There are hundreds of reasons for a seller to sell and a buyer to buy , but these reasons are not always dependent on the month or the season. As a buyer I ALWAYS talk to neighbors and ask them questions based on what the house looks like. I also like to check websites such as City-Data which gives crime statistics, school statistics and local information. I always visit the neighborhood and local schools during week days and weekends to give me a feel about the place I would be living. Do I see broken windows, graffiti, homeless tents, refuse or litter in the streets. This has a bad effect on location and value. Is there local transportation? I am in California, so when I see local transportation like buses or trains it is a negative. Most public transportation facilities in this state are crime magnets. During the winter, do you see unpaved roads, snow not removed or potholes? I also look at the US ARMY Corps of Engineers maps and FEMA sites to search for past disasters and flooding which will affect homeowners insurance. How close is the nearest fire station? Over one mile, five miles? Finally "the walk" I always walk an area I am interested in. Do I feel safe, comfortable? Is there street lighting, sidewalks? What do the fences look like? Are there security bars on windows or doors? Why? Are there multiple family dwellings nearby? This indicates the presence of tenants which are not always the most responsible citizens in a neighborhood. What is the vacancy rate of single family dwellings if you are looking for one of these properties? Nationally, when the vacancy-tenant rate reaches 20% it is possible to have a declining quality of the neighborhood. When this happens, real estate prices can drop quickly. Caveat Emptor! Do you hear sirens from emergency vehicles?

Your description of observing and following is partially correct but it is not always by " the (one) stalker" being physically present. This sub rosa activity can be continual or continuous for many years 24/7/365. With electronic social media today it is not required to be physically present at all times. Your inclusion of "contact, calling, texting, email" is poorly defined in this regard.. During a sub rosa investigation, the target is rarely contacted directly unless it is a type of legal pretextual contact. Also it is usually agreed by legal counsel (civil and administrative laws and not criminal laws where most anything goes) to not DIRECTLY encourage the target to engage in certain activities: Note the exemption of "allegations of potential crimes". In other words, an associate of the target could legally be contacted with lets say 2-3 Free seats at a major sporting event. if the target somehow gets invited by the associate - roommate, romantic partner or other person to accompany them ( where they no longer use a cane or wheel chair to root for their favorite team or players. it may be legally permissible in most legal venues. Yes, that can be defined as a "contact" but by whom? and for what purpose? Sub rosa investigators are careful to never get "picked" by the target. They can get "picked" frequently usually by people who THINK they are targets. Usually others who are involved in some other activity that they do not want discovered ( A lot of stuff is going on out there. Drugs extramarital affairs etc) The result, is other individuals replace the investigator. I have seen over a dozen different investigators on one sub rosa assigment. When does this occur? Pre employment investigations, insurance investigations, lawsuits and legal matters of all types, (Insurance applications. claims and witnesses), bank investigations, loan investiagtions, workers compensation, welfare benefits, school districts ( assure proper district residence), domestic investigations, corporate, governmental, medicare, physicians, counselors chiropractors, political and many judicial matters including child custody. In any medium or larger size city there can be literally hundreds of these sub rosa investigations conducted on any day! The point is there is NO repository LIST of investigations for obvious reasons.   88. I am a boomer and took advantage of the crash of 2008-2012. I now own five single family dwellings (No mortgages), pay property taxes, utilities, maintenance on each of them as I enjoy my retirement with zero active income. My kids each own their own house as well as additional houses for investments. None of us have tenants since tenants pose more aggravation and expenses than the minimal profit that can be extracted. House prices can drop 500% and I am still in a good financial position with no mortgages and tenant income to deal with. Bring it on! My key to winning is be frugal and plan for the long range not day to day needs. Also stay away from incorporated cities. The more pretend services, the higher the taxes. I look for opportunities with minimal city and county services. I learned that population density is an important factor. Humans like rats will start killing each other if they are packed too closely. My few neighbors own our own private streets with our own armed private patrols and volunteer fire department. What else do we need? More and more people are learning that the real evil in government is not just at the federal level but the city county and state graft that destroys anything they can tax with waste fraud and abuse. There are zero homeless in this area! Why? We have no free handouts or services that attract them. If a neighbor has needs, we all volunteer to help them (no government grants or "do-gooders" who pay themselves first) while fake working from home during this latest excuse of a never ending pandemic. Never use a DPA, FHA or GSE mortgage service or you WILL be a debtor.

  94. Thanks for your reports of objective findings on marriage. I have made the rational decision for MGTOW after experiencing a high value marriage. I did not like being a cuckold and so I filed for divorce and fortunately did well financially and emotionally using a unique strategy. My initial goals were to find Peace, Quiet and Freedom and I could no longer accept being a cuckold. The laws today encourage women both single and married to have as many sexual and relationship encounters as they want. The idea is taught in public schools that women decide when and what they do with their bodies and they are the only persons who can evaluate a mans value. That's fine with me. I'll just help these ladies find what they are looking for. This supports the trend for more and more women to use extramarital sex and relationships as a legal and sexual right. In my case I no longer employ women but instead filter my work through a services company which now has the legal responsibility for false claims that may arise by hiring women. I have never been happier in my life! When I want social or sexual contact with women I select only those who are married. This removes divorce and alimony from my life. It also eliminates false allegations in the way I have our meetings arranged. I am no longer the cuckold who brings in the money while she plays around. I agree that the husbands of these ladies are now the cuckolds. Every one of them is a Beta provider and they have no legal alternative but filing for divorce ( most states). When I recognize these goals among married women, I know that I will have a high probability that she will tell me she is "available" which seems to be the key word these women use to express their intentions. Many wives tell me they love their husbands but just want to have fun. Some of them even brag they were required to sign a prenup before marriage!! Yet they still cheat! This attitude tells me that they do not care about being responsible or accountable for their agreements ( Prenuptial contract and marriage license/vows) . Do I see a correlation with this behavior? Yes! it is the behavior of little girls. If I had a choice it would be less complicated, if women did not use hypergamy and the chase for Chad and Tyrone for entertainment. A high quality honest marriage where loyalty responsibility and accountability were traits of each partner would be ideal. But our laws do not support this. When I mention these character traits women get upset and tell me their husbands or boyfriends tell them the same thing! I see yet another correlation here but your research might learn the responsible schema via Factor Analysis?

  97. Louis. When I buy a house I like to use the same method that real estate agents use First, all transaction are negotiable. Instead of looking for "the house", I search for the houses for sale with the 7 D's. In any monetary transaction including buying a house, one party prefers the cash ( or no mortgage or upkeep debts) and the other prefers the house). Embedded in this is a TREMENDOUS difference in the sold price. Here are the Seven D's of real estate, the more D's the better the deal you can negotiate: Debt, Disease, Death, Divorce, Drugs, Disaster and Denial. Always think from the perspective of the seller. I assume that I will have to make some repairs but these cost less than the cost to buy the asking price house. Clues to use: How many days on Market? Research previous listings for the same house. How much does the "owner" owe on the house ( mortgages and debt)? Does the owner have any D's? Why are they selling the house TODAY?? When I make an offer I usually make an offer of at least 30% below asking with or without a listing agreement. I also make it a NO contingency offer which can allow a FAST transaction with few delays for inspections and other middlemen activities. When I use the word "Negotiate" I have a different definition. I make ONE offer which is my final and best. No emotions it is only one house.out of millions. If the seller make a counter offer it must 100% be in my interest. Agents don't like this attitude until they get their commission checks. Knowing WHY the seller is selling today is paramount. I pay for my own inspections and since it is work paid for by me I do NOT disclose what I learned unless it is in MY best interest. Sometimes I will have 4,5,6 licensed contractors inspect the house. Yes it costs a little but not as much as discovering tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage that they "forgot" to tell me about. With my method you can sell again in ANY market even in a few months depending on the location and cost of repairs. I do NOT buy "fixers". Instant Equity while your new neighbors are drowning in personal debt. 90% of all houses for sale need repairs or remodels. Keep your receipts for your IRS "basis" when selling. Be POSITIVE AND ALWAYS IN CONTROL of your estate agent! You have some experience but you are too nice to the "thieves" who get paid for talking and promising more and delivering less. Do not use the sales word that is spelled WXYZ-tor. They love to sue for "misusing" their national association "trademark". They want to be the ONLY buyers who know these buyers tricks.

Lets say I paid off my debts and still have a good income and viewing the mainstream media and government in many issues I can no longer trust them to diligently protect me from financial crimes which are rampant. I decide to place my money in a savings account protected by the FDIC. The past economic theory was that banks need deposits that they use to provide personal loans. If this is true why do banks only pay 0.01% annually? If cash is so valuable ( the reason they charge large interest on a personal unsecured loan) why don't they pay me interest on it? If I deposit $100,000 in an FDIC savings account how much will have earned in interest after 12 months? $10. A homeless person with $100K in a savings account will earn only $10 after waiting one year. That is not enough to buy a one cheap hamburger per Month! What is going on with the banks? That try to sell sketchy un insured CD's which could be invested in more Ponzi schemes by the banks just reported recently with a crypto currency exchange. Lets amplify this to one million dollars cash in a bank FDIC savings account. FDIC refuses to insure that amount but lets see what the banks do with YOUR savings money? That I Million dollars in savings will only yield $10 x10= A measly $100 interest AFTER 12 months. You still can't buy one cheap hamburger per week for one year! So why should anyone save money? Explain this? A millionaire "homeless person who has more money saved up than 95% of Americans ( one million dollars) and the bank won't pay enough interest so she can buy a cheap hamburger once per week.

Look on the top surface and notice a small plastic bubble usually blue, white, brown or beige colored. It looks like a small Hockey puck. Yup embedded inside are covert network cameras powered by the same supply as the LED luminaire. These contain the photocell On Off switch for the lights but can contain a micro D/N HD camera. Tens of thousands are in operation daily. A van or suv is no longer required. Sit back and watch from anywhere. Don't look for a van, look for a street light. How do they get there? The module has a Quick release screw on and off that can be placed in about 30 seconds one you use a boom truck to reach it. Usually at night or in darkness. Have fun. I usually buy only Honda Accords once every five years and never had a problem except the lying by my local Honda Service department. How to avoid the lying? Stop buying a Honda! They can hire honest mechanics or advertise for new customers it is their choice. As a result of AMD I switched from Accord to a 2022 Toyota Corolla SE. Love that car! But a new problem. When I listened to the Toyota F&I salesman exaggerate and bloviate. I wrote down a list of items the dealer wanted to add. I said NO thank you. No addendum and paid for the car at MSRP. I left the car in front of the New car sales area and the walked over to the Parts department where I heard more bloviation about the parts " MUST BE INSTALLED" by the dealer like security lug nuts for each wheel? Give me a break, I know that $41 for a full set is cheaper than $150! The Parts manager told me that "Toyota does not have Parts numbers". So I bought the lug nuts and had my Professional auto detailer apply the "ceramic" paint coating at $900 less than the coating. What about the oil, drain plug gasket and oil filter? I bought them from a different Toyota dealer. Why do these people just plain lie? There is no one to complain to. Mr. Akio Toyoda President of Toyota motors, where are you? We must force your dealers to abide by your agreements. Are some Toyota dealers giving your brand a bad reputation?? This is why I need a full set of manuals. I am looking for one honest T-Ten Toyota trained technician. In the mean time, I need to know what to know ( maintenance manual) when I finally hire one. I do not trust two local Dealers. One uses the SAE 5-20 oil instead of Toyota SAE synthetic 0-16W (on a new car in cold weather) since "they ran out two months ago" and the other is too sketchy.

The dirt, grime, pieces of hard material can be spun at high speed to scratch, chip and remove the top clear coat and even the pigment layers of paint. The air blowers can also force air onto weak unsupported sheet metal areas like hood, trunk and area over the passenger compartment. You can watch these large areas of sheet metal move from the power of the air blowers. The car looks clean when it leaves the machine but when you polish it later you can see damage to exterior pain areas and trim. I now wash my cars by hand. If they are dirty I use a pressure washer and the lowest settings and widest nozzle at a distance. I then use a combination of ceramic and wax coatings to protect the paint layers that remain. All coatings will become damaged over time, air pollution, wind and environmental and dust abrasion. I try to keep my cars in the garage when I am not driving them. I rebuilt my garage to be used only for a home for my cars. I built a separate workshop for tools and small projects. I am considering having a concrete company remove my existing concrete garage floor and replace with proper rebar and mesh reinforcements so I can have it flat and epoxy coated. I would like to have a CLEAN garage and small lift so I can do my own oil changes and Preventive maintenance. I am in the learning stage and will make some mistakes as I learn. I want to have a "Car Care guy" type - AMD- type of garage including clean and polished floor. My garage is over 50 feet wide by 24 feet deep. I have space for four vehicles with one HIGH bay single door. Each garage door is now insulated as are my exterior walls. All cars are expensive so they should be cared for. Up to now I have been a regular driver and just did what the Dealer mechanics said to do. Not any more!! I have caught my local Dealers lying to me too many times ( No More Fords) even with the "Platinum Extended bumper to bumper "everything" warranty. Lie to me once shame on you, lie to me twice shame on me. I refuse to be another Dealer victim.

During the day while working I noticed that when I am not working I am spending money that I need for saving. There are 24 hours in a day and 8 hours for sleeping and rest. This leaves 16 hours to work or enjoy hobbies and interests. I found that if I work in a job that is also my "hobby" it is easy to work more than 8 hour days! The problem is most employers do not like paying 1 1/2 and 2 x for overtime work. What to do? Two things come to mind. Be highly efficient, productive and only produce excellent work. Managers are always looking for ways to maximize profits so they will either pay you more money give you more overtime or you can work additional side jobs in the same way. The second thing I learned is that I am NEVER "above" any job that pays money. This is a common incorrect assumption that leads to smugness. The result is that I am always "busy" at my "hobby" of work. It only takes some observation to realize that if you can be more productive with higher quality why can't you start your own business and only blame yourself for failure or success? I have done this many times with some wins and some failures, but I am better for it. I no longer do regular ( active income) work as an employee. The income taxes are outrageous. Each of us is responsible to ourselves, not our family or government. Once you understand that ALL government is only a pretext for excuse making, intangible benefits" and enriching those working in it. From this context I politely ask questions. Have I ever had so-called "vacations", "weekends", sick days, or "holidays" ? Very few. But I am not a victim and enjoy winning. It is always YOUR choice what to do with your time. The younger you are when you learn this the more successful you will be. I also I make time to volunteer to help others, do you? Is it time to define yourself as a "winner"? Some OPSEC tools include Vkontakte at VK.com It is almost a clone of Facebook used in Europe and Russia VK only requires one telephone number per account, no real address, real DOB or other government ID and 2 step authentication is not required. I do not recommend trying to use this as a business account since they will want more details on the account holder for taxation. Most VK images do not include metadata, but what an OPSEC sensitive person might need can be easily downloaded while using a VPN and modifying the metadata and image. However I was born am intelligent ( above IQ 90) and I am also diligent and productive in all of the many low skill jobs I have worked. I NEVER look down on any job that receives a paycheck. One result, is that some might say I have assets that places me in the top 1 %. Why is that? I am very frugal. I am old enough to receive Social Security benefits but I refuse to be dependent on anyone but myself. I pay for my own private medical insurance premiums and avoid receiving any government benefit. I most likely have never completed a census questionaire and do not vote. I see all political parties as selfish orgfanizations each trying to extract government benefits for themselves. My active income is less than $5,000 per year while the many "homeless" I have interviewed brag about their government handouts providing them with more annual income and FREE benefits than I have have ever had. If I canbe a virtual millionaire ( banks no longer pay usable interest). A homeless with one million doillars cash in an FDIC bank savings account does not earn enough interest to produce more than one "happy meal" per week. Why is this? You sound like you are crying for help in your University job. Quit and be independent like me and you will be happy and have more freedom than you can imagine.   194. I have done my own objective investigation of the homeless. There are many reasons for "homeless" people. hint: I have been homeless myself a few times and each time I am better offthan than I was before. I learned that the Number One factor of the "Mode" level of "homeless" is lack of productivity. Productivity can be defined in many ways. But generally the homeless (Mode group only) enjoy being Non productive at most anything they do. One time when I was almost broke but not yet homeless, I asked a prominent Law Professor about the "job market". We see these fatuous questions from the media every day. He replied with an answer which explaines Most of this. At first I was pissed off and thought he was bellicose and rude, but I tested his reply and learned a few valuable life lessons. Here is what he said: Jobs are EVERYWHERE you can see. What? He was referring about REAL work that MUST be done by someone. The word "work" does not mean "job". ALL work must be done but it is not necessarily the same as a job. Most supervisors and anyone who needs something done. DO NOT TRUST someone who is in a "job" as a worker. Why?: Two reasons: 1) They over promise and under produce. 2) They charge much higher than the real cost of the work to be done. If you as a human can help someone else and REALLY be productive. That person will keep asking you for more help. For the same 2 reasons above. I quit my "high paid" managerial position to work with my hands and now have more income, less taxes and musch more real freedom. Was I tarined in a tarde? No. I started by cleaning up paper from parking lots. I also learned that if you are healthy why are you only working 8 hours per day? I can work 2, 3, 4 even 5 jobs in one day for different people. I do NOT advertise. The happy people come looking for me to get THE JOB DONE correctly the way that they want. I am very busy. I am now a top 1% er in annual income. So why the fear of success? I only seel the WORK that I have already done. I have NEVER been cheated. Beacuse most workers are lousy and have low productivity. You do updates and upgrades ( for YOUR living benefits) of lets say $100k. You live exclusively in the property for 13 months ( identifications, motor vehicles, voting, utilities, mail, taxes etc). Your neighbors observe and know you - AS A NEIGHBOR. The typical residence in your community has a DOM of 60 days in a sellers market. This is Not in an economic downturn or local labor market problems. You can easily sell this property as long as you meet the legal requirements of the LTCG laws. You can write off only those legal expenses for that property incurred over the previous 12 months. Most of the difference is PURE cash at minimal tax. The lower your active or working income the more you keep. If you earned 200K in your "day job" that previous year, you would pay most of it in taxes!! What is fair about that? If you made almost nothing ( less than 40K) you would have zero taxes. I am not a tax attorney, go ask one and they might agree! The required tax forms are very simple and uncomplicated. I have all expense receipts documented and sent to my book keeper who happens to be a retired CPA. NO tenant or tax hassles and it is like I am already retired. No debts to anyone except my annual utility, property tax and insurance requirements. My CPA charges are also lower since I do not need lots of forms to be filled out. Keeping it simple makes YOU money and not the accountants, bureaucrats and lawyers. I prefer to list with a single broker and prefer "Dual agency" where permitted. Many investors love getting deals by using the listing agent as their buyers agent. I try to avoid buyers who require mortgages. Fast and quick is better than waiting for inspections, reviews, loan approvals, Escrow and more and more clerks to muddle up the sale. The BUYER will make lots of money on the transaction but speed is more important to me than a few thousands. My agent loves the 6% + commish and they get popular with qualified buyers looking for almost instant equity. I have had some properties flipped with months and I do not care. I don't like waiting for the money I earned by taking a big risk ( cash transactions are always a risk).

I was waiting out a house price bubble and watched quietly as millionaires were losing everything. I learned by watching their machinations, errors of operation and made a list of ALL possible outcomes. It is a long story but they were barely successful ( for the debts and income). I bought my first post housing crash property in a good location at less than 30% of comps/CMA/asking by buying through the listing agent. I learned to be a prudent and careful buyer by watching the failures of others ( Brokers, builders, politicians) . I also hired a tax attorney and RE attorney to help me with tax planning BEFORE any purchase and detailed contract wording to use on my offers. This information is extremely valuable. The laws of property and taxes requires the use of the "correct" words with the specified legal definitions. The typical RE Boiler plate Offers and Agreements do not come near the accuracy required under the law as legal interpretations of these laws changes almost daily. Few tax preparers are Tax attorneys and very few property agents are Real estate attorneys who are in court every week practicing in court and representing clients in the real world. As a buyer, I act like a cross between Gomer Pyle and Forrest Gump right off the bus. I make one offer only and accept counter offers ONLY if it is a better deal for me. I walk if No acceptance of my carefully written offer within 24 hours. It takes time to find each property ( this is my job). ABL = Always Be Looking. I can and do close in a day (until it is properly recorded). A cashiers check can work miracles. Everyone gets paid: WIN, WIN, WIN, Grant Deed.

  216. I recommend a different attitude. Never ever worry about what anyone thinks of your offers. The agent is required by law to represent YOU. You can not embarrass an honest and effective agent by offering "too low"! It is Your money or your future debt and you want to minimize your costs and get the best deal that you can. Ask yourself this question: Do you want a real active concerned agent who WILL negotiate for YOU? or do you want a "compliant order taker" who only wants to take it easy on the Listing agent. This is NOT dating! This is not a game! It is YOUR money, energy and time. In most real estate transactions for people like us ( non institutional investors) , think of you ability and willingness to go in to debt in sunshine or rain to buy this house. Consider the possibilities that YOU might have an emergency such as job loss, plant closure, illness, divorce, accident of you or a family member. In that bad situation, will you be able to comfortably pay your mortgage, property taxes and home repairs? Now think about how much you REALLY want to pay for your next house. I only use the CMV, comps and asking as a convenient benchmark that I use as a basis to evaluate what I think the property is worth TODAY and in the future for my situation. Most local agents work together in a real estate association. They know each other and try to stay friendly for their customers and themselves. In my area, when a Buyers agent gets an offer accepted 10% or more below the comps, other agents get upset since when the Comps go down other comps in the area can follow producing a downward trend. This can result in lower commissions. It is NOT your job to keep these commissions high. In my experience of buying and selling I average about 30% below comps for accepted offers as a buyer. No agent has ever been really upset at me (actually one was---he already bought a tickets for a cruise when I backed out of a deal when I caught him fudging on price and conditions). I found he did not disclose problems with the property that was clearly list as "confidential remarks" on the listing. I could have bought it in seconds by signing ( orally approved by seller). I will never take a chance when I have been lied to. Now he had to use his credit cards to pay for the cruise. I hoped he learned a lesson. Always carefully read everything before you sign it. Talking can no be in a contract for this large amount of money.

You mentioned large cities with extreme disparities between the rich and people who have nothing. Cities define themselves as what they are, a high population density area. I redefined my life by trying to do everything I can and minimally relying on others. I built my own house and grow my own produce in the "country". I do all the "yardwork" and do the many things that others would do in a city. There are many good results. I know my neighbors and their names. When I have an abundance of produce I give it away. Making breakfast this morning I realized that I only have 8 eggs left. Later I will talk to a neighbor who keeps asking "do you need any more eggs?" I noticed that another neighbor has some family visiting, so I walked over to her house and gave her a few bags of vegetables and fruit. She asked if I wanted some melons and apricots. This is my world and it is not a bad place to live. No sirens from police or fire fighters, no noise from car traffic, no street people "hanging out", no homeless, no busses. I don't watch TV or listen to the radio. Every morning the sun appears and I can hear and watch the birds talking to each other. Do I need to travel to experience serenity? I drive so few miles each year and yet the "The world is coming to the end" people remark about my "polluting" vehicle which I rarely drive. Priuses have gasoline engines , so what is the complaint about? I have a few projects for today. I found an old dishwasher for free and I am now troubleshooting it and will soon have it running like new. The cost? nothing. I found that personal responsibility, planning, self education ( Youtube videos) and a slower pace can work wonders. PS: I don't have a job and do not miss it. What do I do for money? What's that?   227. I agree! I filed after ten years and first did research of what was involved. I studied open court files ( two years) before I made the decision to file. I prepared a comprehensive list of what I expected my lawyer to do as my legal representative and met him for a no charge 46 minute pre contract meeting. First, he asked me some questions and I honestly answered. His retainer to handle everything but the QDRO was $60K. Okay lets get started. I only read from my notes and no elaboration or idle chit chat --just the facts, no parrots or worries about nothing being "fair", unless he asked me a specific question. We went over each line item of my notes. He asked me if I had previously talked to an attorney. No. He was very impressed with my work and asked me what could he do since I took care of most of the work he would be doing. He liked how I handled the real estate issues ( two properties) to my satisfaction and also wanted to know how I got the signatures and forms required without alerting her to my plans. I was able to have my spouse sign off on our agreements but it took several years of "no contact" for her to finally relent and sign all agreements. She had hired 5 different law firms and two teams of investigators ( I caught them) to try to find "hidden" assets (there were none). It took me about five years to re invent myself and my career ( yes I was house less living in my car) . It took another 5 years to surpass my assets that I had accumulated at the time of the divorce. WHY? My goal was NOT an equitable or fair settlement but the quest for Peace Quiet and Freedom which I got (along with poverty) on the day I filed. PQF allows men to seek better and better productivity and success without nagging or that pesky parrot. I recommend my strategy for men with similar goals. There can be a happy life after divorce, but it takes lots of planning and keeping your mouth shut ( it is just like a war). Once I got approval from the court for the signed paperwork that was all I needed ( plus a claw back period) to avoid the hassles of a court supervising my life. No OSC's, no motions, no petitions, no responses, no counselors, no hearings, no more services AND NO MORE PARROTS. She can now say " I am NOT happy" forever if she likes, and it has no effect on my life. My adult children have returned from "Fantasyland" and "Wokeland" ( he must and she has) of our current family laws and policies. Marriage can be dangerous to everything you have worked for. BTW we did not have fights or arguments. While we were together I let her put my huevos in her purse! Who is in control now? A wife's mother, sister and friends can be exceedingly dangerous and they were.

  238. You gave a nice primer for the naive. Lets talk about the real issue. In 2008 a major Wall street market maker was caught by "himself" defrauding investors by many billions of dollars. He had to turn himself in for a fraud that ran for many years. It seems that the company only took customer investments and did not but any stocks, but used the new investment money to pay back those who were getting out of the market and taking their money + substantial profits from the new investors. This is a classic Ponzi scheme with a twist. Investigators had been watching this firm for 8 years and the regulatory agencies refused to adequately audit the firm. Billions of dollars were lost by honest investors for decades, yet NO government or regulatory agency including the US Attorney General, FBI or SEC would lift a finger to stop this criminal activity that even a teen-aged gamer would be smart enough to figure out. Today only one person is in prison and the regulators are smiling at one more job "well done". None were fired for incompetence and the beat goes on encouraging more psychopaths with "Dark Triad" personality traits to continue. Honest workers lose pensions while many "Whale" investors destroy pensions and legitimate firms for greed and amusement. Where are the regulators? Instead we get repeated Mortgage scams, Ponzi schemes and questionable relationships between top government officials who are involved with the same companies. None of this should be a surprise to those who are behind these manipulations. I do understand why so many young investors want to invest in Gamestop. Most have nostalgia for those stores and want to keep them successful for the future. They don't care about psychopaths who short sell to ruin the lives of honest businesses.

Most people have no idea how much real surveillance exists! This is not merely paranoia or fantasy. Not only physical surveillance but the elecronic collection of metadata can actually reveal much more about a target than by interviews and physical surveillance. My background is in laboratory research following the scientific method. We were always concerned about research grants and publications,. There is much higher income earned by studying the behavior of humans instead of laboratory animals. I have two questions: Now as a consumer I have "thick" skin and want to know and be assured that after I buy a Toyota ONLY qualified Toyota technicians work on my car. How do I do this in a polite way? 1) Can I ask the Service Manager WHO will be working on my car and their Toyota Technician certifications? 2) All people have different characters and different levels of honesty. As a Toyota Master technician you know that at some Dealers your flat rate or work on the vehicle as presented to the owner may be "different" ( I am trying to be polite) how do I only pay for the work that was actually done? In the past I brought my car to a Dealer because of specific expertise they had to solve my car problem ( starter would engage intermittently). I got suspicious of the fast talking Service Manager and as my car sat not able to star, I placed a chalk mark on the side of a tire and on the ground. Two days alter I saw an estimate for over $800 so my starter would work again. I asked for the invoice for this diagnosis and it was $250. The technician who worked on my car was standing near it. The Service Manager told me that he had to put my car up on the track and it took a few hours for diagnosis. The technician told me they could not start the car and it was never on the lift. The chalk marks matched and the car never moved. I paid this bill put the key in the ignition and the car started. It did this by jiggling the key. I don't want to get ripped off like this again. I found that a regular garage mechanic diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than one hour. The starter was installed 180 degrees out of alignment and no parts were required. This is a common problem with car repair. What should we do about this?

He gave me an important bit of advice. Look around. Is there any work that you think must be done? When you notice that work must be done, learn how to do that work and learn how to be productive in that work. Once you can master that just start working at no pay! Supervisors and managers are very concerned about getting the job done, when the job must be done. Supervisors and managers crave to find workers who are efficient, productive, give no excuses and just get the job done perfectly. Soon, it won't take long those responsible for the work will find a way to pay you. I also learned to never be concerned about your skills training or education"earning" you the "rights" for more income. A person who needs work done does not care about your diplomas, degrees, training and resume's they care about one thing. Get the work done as quickly, productively, safely and cheaply as possible. I am not including government type work. Also never look down on any type of work! If you have no money you are not "better" than a low ranking job that pays something. Consider this. If you need work done no matter what it is what are you looking for? Perfection, productivity, safety and at the lowest cost. It is rare for US workers to have the work ethic that maximizes their productivity for the hours they work. I have a technical degree with excellent experience and make much more money by working so-called "spit" jobs that pay much more. Why am I working? For fun, ego or for money? How can someone with such a CV, do this crap work which is way "below" them? It is the money that speaks to me. I no longer need to work! That's my answer. Each of us must find work that we can do that pays the maximum benefits. The work is there, you just must find it. Years ago my hourly rate was $150/hr. Each specialist was a licensed contractor for a specific aspect of the house" Electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, pest control-termites ( two different ones), General construction, HVAC, chimney fire places, water well, septic. I pay for these inspections and they work for me only. I require photos and a scale sketch of findings good or bad. I require GPR ( Ground Penetrating Radar) for all concrete slabs ( rebar quality and voids and other defects) I never use a "love letter" in writing, it makes me a weak buyer. However, providing a "love letter" but orally is fine through our one dual agent. I don't like any part of the transaction that is NOT in writing including the "love letter". A love letter is just talk and emotion which fine for sales but has no business in a written contract. Can this be a legal issue? Not when I buy. In my last deal my "love letter" was concerning the emotional interests of the seller, only, and it was done by speaking it. This did motivate the seller to accept my lowball offer as the Best ( fastest) for them. The Lowest and Best offer won out of six offers. The seller wanted Best ( fast) over price. I worked independently worked with the underwriter of the sellers mortgage company and the underwriter from my mortgage company for agreement on trying to avoid a short sale. Our Dual agent should have done this, but they only knew how to sell houses and not negotiate with mortgage underwriters ( also involved loan servicing depts).

  311. Intersting and informative. In my last transaction as a buyer there was nothing on the local MLS that mentioned anything about a short sale. Before making an offer I always talk to the neighbors first to learn about the area, the crime, the environmental and poltical hazards of the area an most importantly who lives in the house, what is going on there and why is it for sale. snoopy neigbors know everything. I used this "secret" ( not disclosed ) information to my advantage. I checked the records with the County recorder and that told me everything that I needed to know. I contacted the bank that held the mortgage witthout permission of the seller and was able to speak directly with an underwriter. The listing price if sold at that price could have cured the mortgage debt, but I knew that to the lender time was most important. Short sales and the foreclosure process take lots of time and costs money to the mortgage holder. I have not discussed any structural problems that any house can have with a thorough inspection. I informed the underwriter about what my offer would be ( making this a short sale, since it was 20% below asking) the underwriter was enthusiastic about getting this non performig loan off their books as fast as possible and at the lowest cost. My offer was accepted by the buyer as best ( but not the highest offer). Why? I can close inside of two weeks avoiding a foreclosure. The mortgage holder usually has an appraisal first , but he decided exterior photos only were required. All involved won: Mortgage company, seller, Real estate agent- both sides of the deal, and me, the buyer. The RE agent had NO clue into solving this potential problem. Instead I did most of the "heavy lifting" and closed the sale.

You must not fear sweat equity, since every that is spent with DIY projects is like paying yourself an hourly that might be more than you earn yourself. This is like money in the bank. I confidently learn DIY via research on Youtube videos just like the technicians and craftsman who I could employ as high paid specialists. Many contractors ( framers, carpenters, electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC) tell me that they are always learning via YT videos. Why not me too? Lastly, I am worried about one situation only, my own. I am no longer affected by the market and my attitude is good even though many neighbors around me face issues of the market. They don't have debts and have good income. They are not creeps or have other negative social values. They are not gay or other gender definition. His demeanor screams I am an "incel". If I were in his predicament, no one would have made the same fake claim. He was shy before, but now he is super shy of any women ( including old ladies) . In my view, of these two men, they do not lack self confidence, perhaps they should have less. Most flippers depend on the following: 1) Quality tenants who are never late so you can have enough $$ to pay mortgage, taxes and insurance. 2) Low mortgage interest 3) Low property taxes, 4) Good local tenant laws so you won't get sued for ignorant reasons. 5) Local courts who will support you when it is time for evictions or criminal tenant and "homeless" issues 6) Good CPA that will help you write off as much as possible for expenses, taxes and other legal expenses from income taxes. I do not need the monthly tenant income stream since I have no mortgages. I never need to worry about damages including wear and tear by tenants. I never have to worry about advertising and screening tenants. I never have to worry about tenant squatting and other "guests" of tenants ie no lawsuits. I never have to worry about my vacancy rate. I never have to worry about looking for write offs to deduct for annual income taxes. Why I have extremely low active income . It is so low I can legally qualify for welfare but I would never do that. The Benefits are Peace Quiet and Freedom from "victim" tenants and overzealous government bureaucrats. Have your attorney look up LTCG for real estate and you will understand. I lose some potential profits but avoid tons of time wasting and hassles. If I need money to buy more, I just sell one of my properties. The only requirement is that I live in that same property for 12 1/2 months prior and make a very low taxable active ( earned + interest) income. But the trade is worth it to me., I live like I am retired and only buy one SFR per year. Some years I do not sell any property since I have plenty of liquid cash from previous transactions ( use for maintenance, insurance property taxes etc on each property some which can apply to my basis when selling).

No! Can I control local market rent rates? No. Vacancy rates? No. And the myriad additional variables involving humans? No. But I can accurately predict an increase in SFR market prices in respect to purchase costs. The tax advantages are huge. I save big bucks on not having to consider the hundreds of pages of annual tax forms. I minimize my legitimate annual costs and write offs. This avoids a miasma of tax regulations. I like the K.I.S.S. principle of Keep It Simple Stupid. What is the primary goal of investment? Increased profits and decreased taxes. I do not focus on maximum profits exploiting sellers, buyers tenants to extract the most. Or having a staff Of CPA's to play the ever changing tax games which is good for CPA's and tax lawyers but not my profits. I like the slow and simple approach with NO debts and less helter skelter and worries. If I need some quick money I can list and sell an SFR for a fast sale (a few days). I can easily sell way below market prices in any market since my buy, repair, property taxes and PM costs are so low. Why be greedy? I have never lost on the sales of any real property. Today I only "work" for my amusement. I am located in California, that has very high taxes. These taxes are paid by employees and individual workers who are "selling their work time for money". At the levels above the top 1 percenters of assets are people who got their assets because of who they know not what they know. These people do not need to be productive or spend a certain amount of time doing anything. They seem to just "Veg out" and do whatever they want. I am following their "lead". I hired a tax accountant who showed me the way via many Legal loopholes in income taxes. These tax laws were actually written by the campaign finance campaign of politicians in office and are widely exploited by them. I was led to my favorite tool, the IRS LTCG or (Long Term Capital Gains regulations) which contain many wonderful ways to freedom. I have not earned one dime ( taxable or non taxable) and no bartering in over 5 years. This as a result of using my brain and knowledge and not participating in any type of labor. I no longer need to do slave work for money to acquire ( not own) or experience those benefits that I desire. Most of us who toil in a "paid job" have at least three bosses: Supervisor-management, Government tax and regulatory rules and possible a Trade Union with its own taxes. My only advice and "control" comes from my tax accountant. You can own some types of assets with zero taxes. The ER is only required to provide the employment termination notice, appeal procedures ( if there are any) and instructions for the former employee to return any ER property and materials, collect their personal property and exit the property.   425. I think it is a generalization since their are so many undefined variables and most of this is based on locality. I have similar experience with investigating domestic cases plaintiff, respondent and OSC, OCSE. I have found government bureaucracies ( executive, legislative and Judicial) which exist only because of the nuances of the law and many of us do not realize it. Example I worked a child custody issue for five years and collected enough factual information ( nothing speculative) that demonstrated past and active criminality. The problem was that counsel from each side were extracting maximum fees from the grandparents with frivolous motions and reponses transferring the matter back and forth betweeen two counties. The courts, judges, court clerks all knew what was going on and none of them intervened. All of this was in the court files. One day after a hearing I advised my client attorney that I would no longer accept assignments from him. He was upset because it was my detailed investigations that would allow him to keep extracting money from the grandparents to pay for expensive investigations that were circulated between two courts by counsel. None of this was good for the children. What value is the family law court system? OSC means nothing but churn and more activity for business. Shooting up narcotics in front of the custodial children while working as a "courtesan" in a bar is what the courts wanted. The paternal grandparents wanted to hire me and I informed them I had more than enough information to make my own criminal referral, but the DA was not interested in just one more drug distribution operation, prostitution business and criminal enterprise ( California of course) . My fees were over $ 20K on the case. I know that the paternal grandparents had to dip into their retirement just to see thsir grand kids which did not happen. The non custodial father was an engineer and lived a middle class life but the children were living with a drug addict and prostitute ( their mother) who lived on the streets. The FDIC has limited funds to pay to back bank account holders. Here is my personal experience. In 2008, I was a victim of a bank seizure by the government. I had a passbook savings account with only about $20,000 balance. One Sunday morning I received a very unusual telephone call from a person who claimed to be an employee of the Comptroller of The Currency. They claimed that the bank was seized by the government. This was used as a pretext to ask me dozens of invasive and personal questions allegedly to determine my identity and also to answer a question concerning how I want my bank deposit returned to me (Privacy Rights?) . The caller was a male and rude, bellicose, belligerent, evasive and smug, typical of a government employee. He told me I had TWO choices: 1) Complete an application to the FDIC to receive my savings which could take as long as 90 days ( No law requires RAPID DISBURSEMENT!! ( what is the penalty if they fail?) or 2) allow the new bank to receive my savings which could be available depending on the new banks requirements. The government clerk treated me like I was a criminal! I asked a few questions and he refused to answer ( They have my savings-how dare they!). He did admit that some bank officials from the old bank transferred to the new bank. Why? If I mess up I get fired in my job. I was annoyed by the disgusting attitudes and behavior of the caller and know it is best to NEVER argue with a government employee since they can and will make my life a living hell ( a job benefit?). As a result, I started learning about the US monetary system by watching a YT video titled "Money as Debt". Once I understood that a Federal Reserve Note (FRN) is never backed by anything of value. I contacted an RE attorney FOR one free hour and told him what I found (lying and cheating agents). I added one simple phrase that looked innocuous in my offer, but it was a potential "hook" that could destroy the seller if she was not compliant. Most agents pretend that they are "attorneys" and talk legal talk when they know NOTHING ABOUT THE LAW. The attorney told me he would intercede on a conference call with Escrow if my offer was accepted to force them to follow the law.--FOR FREE. He was that upset about the lying and deception. My offer with the "poison pill" requirement was accepted by seller with the support of her listing broker! Why? the secret info was that the house would be auctioned in three weeks.if not sold FAST. The seller was upside down on the mortgage, but I DO NOT CARE, I am not the one in debt. So just before closing ( 10 days) the seller did not comply with my WRITTEN offer. I called the listing broker and informed them I was filing a lawsuit if the agreed terms were not met. SHTF! Big time. The agents provided money to the seller to meet the requirements but they were objectively NOT MET. I had them by the "huevos"! So for me to accept their back up explanations I received a 34 foot motor home and trailer pink slip and registrations to ME as the new registrant owner. At closing I traded this equipment to workers for their work to complete the work of the seller. Perfecto! My offer included a statement that ALL persons, and ALL "personal property" (listed) including vehicles and any refuse was to be removed from the situs address 10 days prior to close with an additional walk through on specified date by agents and buyer to assure compliance. It would have cost me over 40 k in legal bills by an attorney if seller did NOT comply. The RE agents were praying that I would be happy since I told them I wanted to know their E&O insurance information (legally required). They were freaking out wanting me to close on this transaction over 30% BELOW comps and asking. If I don't get the property and am NOT satisfied they do not get the commissions and shortly the house will have been auctioned.. I do NOT accept BS from any salesman. They are needing me since I have the money to close FAST. I used a short term mortgage and they did not inspect since they knew I was saving them money and not a risk with my accepted low offer! The listing agent was so freaked out they gave me a key one day before closing! why I discovered four unnamed tenants on the property that were hiding inside. A little "muscle" got them out and I had the property locked down ( with a security patrol) BEFORE closing. 48 hours later, no tenants, and I got the deal of the year. My patrol people were required to ID EVERYONE who tried to get on the property. This attitude scared the "dirtbags" tenants since they all has illegal - sketchy histories. You must be in control of the situation. I see this ALL THE TIME. I never "bow" to agents, they are NOTHING to me.

I rent out any property to non commercial tenants only. I started out house-less and rent-less, living in my car. I learned that there are ALWAYS plenty of jobs. The only issue was" How much did someone think my work was worth to them". No person is ever "above" any job no longer how low on the hierarchy of jobs. If a job pays anything, I am available to work if I have the interest and skills. Today I own ( no mortgages) many single family dwellings and I continue to Buy and Hold and never allow any tenants, "guests, visitors or other freeloaders" on my properties. I worked hard to earn the money to buy these properties and know ( as a former homeless) what the REAL social problem is. It is not racial, ethnic, education, gender, poverty, sexual preferences, illness, disability, drug use, alcohol use or the "Patriarchy" that explains why some Bolsheviks want ( DEMAND with riots) more and more with ZERO responsibility. There is one more group in this "intersection" that many forget to include. The group of those who do not have a high level of achievement motivation, the lazy, the blamer's, and the "victims".   500. A few years ago I quit my job. I was tired of the rat race and "corporate or "government" culture. I had no job and no savings! I did own an old car which I lived in. I did not apply for jobs and learned a lot about life. I spike with a very wise man and posed the same questions that I see here. There are no jobs, and when I find a job, they pay is below ore at minimum wage. Up to that point I believed the propaganda I had heard from public school and experienced in the culture. My value is what I do for work. We all know this is not true at some level. So what is this value? I have selected responsibility, accountability, honesty and productivity. There are 24 hours per day and most people think a job is 8 hours per day for five days per week. The reality is that the requirements of a job are much different. Few jobs actually require 8 hours per day. Most jobs are less than this or more than this. The duties of job should not be restricted by theoretical hours. One result is that from the perspective of the work of a job most employees are not productive. I carefully used the word "employee' not worker. Ask a person responsible for tasks in service or production of goods. Which do they prefer? Workers or employees? By law, employees have many more rights than the requirements of the duties of work. I redefined myself as a worker and not an employee. In this way I see work as being productive and in competition with employees who are not as productive, because they can not be due to the labor laws and tax regulations. Ask a person who is responsible for a work product or service what is the Real cost of an employee? It depends on the organization. Generally in private business it takes > 4.5 times the total cost of an employee for the employee to pay for themselves through their actual work. Once a potential employee learns this the sky is the limit on remuneration! As long as you are Not an employee you help increase the profits of the organization. This is not true for government work, since over 90% is just overhead compliance with made up rules and regulations. There is no Social Security benefit Is there one now?   505. I have worked for a few different Executive branch agencies in management and Administrative careers. Before I worked for the government I thought that the highest levels knew what was going on below them in the organization. I learned that even at low "Field" levels ( GS-14 and below) of each agency that information was classified or restricted to prevent higher levels from learning about it. These areas included budgets and how money was actually spent and why services and goods were really purchased. It also included knowingly false information using statistics and jargon to obfuscate simple issues and make them opaque to everyone else including auditors. I was in the position to handle and respond to congressional inquiries even as a low level employee. My responses were reviewed at multiple levels and heavily redacted not because of security requirements but of selfish organizational needs for more authority and larger budgets. Imagine ordering hundreds of thousands of dollars of excellent high quality equipment only to dispose of it for pennies in less than a week? Congress must know what is going on. The more money for district Government agencies the more they can tout they are bringing money "back" to their Congressional district through government jobs, business opportunities and subcontractors. Honesty, truthfulness and morality are never included. The so called "whistle blowers" are only folks who watch or participate in this systematic Waste Fraud and Abuse and are frustrated because of the lack of knowledge at the highest levels. IMHO this Lying and obfuscation is called "The Deep state".

  512. This is fun! I don't recall the exact year but several different people I knew approached me at about the same time. None of these people knew the other but they all knew me. I attended a presentation at a large auditorium to watch the speaker brag about resigning his business as a Dentist and now spent all of his time giving FREE lectures about HIS "success" selling "soap" by organizing people with skectehes of his printed ZEROes or circles on the large front sceeen of the auditorium. I laughed during the presentation and declared that it looked like a Ponzi scheme. I was quickly reprimanded that it was an MLM marketing campaign and soap was only a part of "the busieness". Just for fun, I decided to test my "Upline" sponsor. I don't need to buy any "sales kits: ( about $75? each) to sell soap. Instead, I could make a few telephone calls and sell so much soap they couldn't handle the orders. At that time I was a Director of a large Medical center department and personally knew directors and Chief Contracting officers of other large businesses.. Inside of three days, I got verbal commitments on annual contracts of over $20,000/ month for the first trial period of one year for just ONE customer! I knew many potential customers worth millions of dollars worth of annual contracts. I contacted my "Upline" and he got MAD! I said" You are upset I got a demonstration contract for over $240,000 for detergent? !! " He and "they" gave me the boring story of the zeroes and circles again and I told them "Sorry but I am out and don't want to waste my time" . I will call up my contacts and cancel the Contract quotes before I submit the paperwork. How many "MLM" "representatives" sell > $240,0000+ annual soap contracts the first year? In ONE phone call? It might be legal but I don't want to waste my valuable time listening to moron lectures about "zeroes" and circles. I passed the word on to other medical Center Directors " NO Soap For You!"

These exceptions are based on the fact that obsessive performance, productivity and goal seeking behavior are what most organizations crave, just like an addict. I have worked lots of "low status" jobs and have been "ripped off" by a few. These qualities are so rare in most workers that it is immediately recognized by those who are responsible for the work. I never needed to market or advertise my services because, my behavior preceded me. I found that marketing and advertising were to the advantage of the marketers and not me. One day, I was contacted by a person who was familiar with my work. They asked me if I would be interested in meeting someone. They asked me my fee and I replied. They did not balk at my fee and went through the effort to get me what I wanted. No negotiations required. It took them a few months to get the paperwork done and massage egos but they came through. This pay was higher than the pay of the manager who hired me. I was told no one makes this money. They wanted me to start work immediately without the pay and I relented until they met ALL of my requirements. I told them my work should take at least one year. I do not want meetings, reports, lawyers questions and updates. I am always unemployed but that year I made more money than I could have imagined. I worked diligently , self-directed knowing the goals. At the end of the 12 months I was terminated. Three months later they contacted me and begged me to return. Why? It took three months for their accounting department to figure out why there was so much money in their operations budget. After a hush hush meeting of higher level managers I was hired back at the same rate. They advised me that I was responsible for saving them over 4 million in the annual budget and they did not know how I did it. Another year later and the top decision maker was promoted and I was unemployed again but I earned enough to not have to work for many years. Shortly after this I was approached by another wash rinse and repeat. I had no training in the fields I worked in . Careerism and labor laws cause bloat, unsustainable employee titling structure and poor productivity. There were departments of employees who were supposed to be responsible for my work before I arrived and they are still working like drones on nothing. They have nice job titles, salaries, benefits, holidays, vacations and a 40 hour work week and I had the money I wanted. It is YOUR choice: 1) Pretend to work by selling your time for money and having a "job" or 2) Living on the edge with zero guarantees and getting the job done! Once you are returning at least 4X your total costs others will be interested. It is ALL about attitude.

  579. Oh Yes! This is my strategy for success. I have few market investments and some bond investments, but my largest investment is in real estate. I have lost money in stocks and bonds and played that game too long. The only winners were the brokers and banks. Today my income is less than a fast food worker. But my assets are not minimal . I never need to work again as an employee. I have been homeless a few time because of poor investment decisions and learned some lessons about life. It all starts about understanding what each of us is working for. Money in the USA is actually an IOU representing debt to a Federal Reserve bank. In other words money is not backed by anything with tangible value. Not Gold and not Silver. Money only has the value that the Federal Reserve banks says it has. Houses have many values and also has costs. Can I afford the costs witout getting a loan? Yes! As a result, I voluntarily Do not work as an employee and have no active sources of income. Whew! I do hire tax and real estate attorneys for their expertise and knowledge. If I need a lot of cash I sell a house that I own. I never allow guests, visitors or tenants on any of my properties. Why? Guests, visitors and tenants can have more rights to my properties than me. I am not a Buy Low and Sell High house flipper with tenants paying my mortgages. Instead, Buy and Hold and rarely sell is my strategy. In this way I found REAL FREEDOM. No one can force me to wear a mask, take a shot that has not been tested, or not talk about the fact that my dogs have no problem figuring out who is the boy dog and who is the girl dog. There are no LatinX dogs or Dogs of Color "representing themselves" as nonbinary cats to try to shame me for anti Dogism. I hired the same broker who helped me buy the house I wanted to sell. He knew everything there was to know about the house and the market at the time. I asked for the CMV and accurate selling price to sell in one month. I am not greedy. He gave me his best estimate for a fast sale and I trusted him ( June sale, in a good location and a few amenities that similar local houses did not have). Why the sale? I was offered a higher paid job in a city 400 miles away. I did not want to deal with any contingency sale offers, so I bought my new house and willing to make two house payments., I left my sale house furnished with new appliances and whatever was recommended by the salesman. Good quality dinner table and chairs and similar. I moved to my new city bought new appliances and furniture and was living my new life. 30 days later what is going on ? I waited one more month and asked my agents opinion what was going wrong. Nothing but Very low ball offers, including some really weird weak ones. I asked my agent one question: Who is the most likely person to buy this house? Is my asking price appropriate for the market? I heard every reason I have heard before as excuse to get a listing but not actually sell it. Why do I bother you with these details? To help YOU understand the problems of sellers. My agent could not tell me who the typical buyer would be!! Even a used car salesman knows that is important. I asked him to do one thing for me and that was an Open house the next weekend. I also asked that he have an agent available at the Open house who was bilingual. He agreed, and I told him I was serious about this request. I flew down the next weekend, visited a local Quickie printer company and made a ream of flyers with no photos just the exact description as listed in the MLS. English on one side and another language on the reverse side. I went to two local retail parking lots ( within one mile) and put leaflets on all the car windshields. I bought some toy balloons from a dollar store and blew them up. I placed the balloons next to the real estate sign and inside removed the "dip and chips" from the dining room table and added a large bottle of punch paper cups and some antojitoes for visitors. I remained inside my house to watch the prospects and salesman. I said Nothing to anyone. No shilling no stupid comments, this is now a "stage" for the show. Show and SELL works, but you have to know WTF you are doing. That night he called me with THREE qualified offers and I accepted the highest and best at 10% above asking?CMV's. The buyer had to pay the difference between the price they wanted to pay ( offer) and the CMV for the house. My question to you is do you really understand why a buyer wants to buy? I sold the house in less than 4 hours! Why should I pay six percent to a dummy who only knows how to talk with her buddies and make lame excuses for NOT selling at the price SHE determined? Tell me what a "bad" salesman I am? I actually had a bidding war between three qualified bidders. What attracted them to MY house? A completely finished and insulated detached garage with permitted utilities! Yes later I learned they converted the garage to a living space. I figured this was an advantage but the agent knew nothing but to give me lame excuses for not selling. What is your opinion of my opinion about most agents? Today I only use Dual agency for selling or buying. I am very satisfied with controlling how my property is sold.

  607. I understand the issue well. I have been screwed over as a buyer and as a seller until I figured it out. I only buy or sell through my own broker. No longer can a broker colloquially called a "lister" shmooze around to get new listings and leave the difficult heavy lifting of SELLING to another agent under the guise of "fairness" and lack of Dual Agency. We have all heard the fast talking "Lister" who may have made millions ONLY because she convinced a prospective seller to list with her. No Ma'am! As a seller, I want YOU to sell my house and not pretend to sell it by having other agents who know NOTHING about my house to sell it. It is not possible to accurately list all amenities or pitfalls with black ink on white paper. Buyers are not just interested in some pretty photos and talk, they know what they need or want in the house they buy. I l prefer Dual Agency because as long as I am stronger ( ability to negotiate, and win ) than my adversary I am in control and not the broker. I will gladly pay the appropriate commission as seller/buyer who closes the deal quickly and with no problems. Six prcent? I don't care! 8%? I dont care. I do not want to hear "coulda, shoulda, woulda" talk. I want to sell or buy the property now! And not endure the never ending excuses why the property will not sell, when they said it would sell at the listed price. As a seller, I list in the bottom 1/2 of comparative listings to attract interest. All buyers and sellers are concerned about Price, I just don't mind "leaving a little equity on the table" for the next buyer. If everyone did this house prices would be more stable and the present "Listers" would have to get their hands dirty and SELL. Bring me a qualified buyer today.

  617. When I am in the market as a buyer in the market for a Single Family Dwelling, I am actually in competition with every other buyer in my market. Advantages go to those who have better credit scores, have less debt, a lower DTI score and can close fast. We can all agree on this. But there is one factor that places me in a huge disadvantage. It does not matter how much money I can put down, how much I can actually afford, my credit scores including DTI ratio or my base income. This is that I am also competing against those with "Inside information". In the past I have worked with Buyers agents who bought the house that I was trying to buy. How did they legally do this? The Buyers agent had an alleged "room mate" who came out of nowhere and knew ALL the details of my "confidential offer". How did I find out about this? I researched the person who was the succesful bidder ( and new owner) on the house and learned that my Buyers agent actually moved into the house, but as a "tenant". I later checked the County records and also found his name on the Deed. Legal? The Buyers agent got 50% ownership because he knew about the "deal". ie he paid NO MONEY to get his equity. His equity was the knowledge that I learned from my inspections that I paid for and knowledge about what I learned about the property. I am not a real estate attorney but I think it is unethical and immoral. What is the penalty? Almost zero since I have found that in California, many investors get a Real Estate license not to sell real estate, but to get "first dibs" on all the hidden deals in the Multiple Listing Service. Currently, in my area about 40-50% of all sales transactions of associates and brokers are with Dual Agency contracts. From my experience, the most important FACT about a house is not just its construction, size or quality but it is Location and the Sellers reasons to sell. Is this why many top Real estate brokers claim that the Seven R's of Real estate ( or foreclosures) is where they make most of their profits? I am talking about what is actually "insider trading" with unknown and unspoken information that ONLY agents have access to. In California, this is called "Agents Confidential" information on an addendum to the listing NOT AVAILABLE TO prospective buyers or buyers. It is available to the buyer ONLY after closing. Why the secrecy to the disadvantage of many prospective buyers? This is why as a buyer, I never provide details of inspection reports that I PAID for to my agent, broker or seller, unless it is solely to my advantage much later in the sales negotiations.   620. You bring up a LOT of new issues: THE MOST IMPORTANT issue for the value of a single residence property is LOCATION, LOCATION AND LOCATION. The Listing agent has opportunities to LEARN ( or NOT want to know) about the many pitfalls and advantages or values of a specific location. In many cases it is NOT possible to learn about some of these issues unless the buyer does the following: Visit the area near the potential property on the weekends, early in the mornings on week days, afternoon commute times. Scout the areas near the local public schools for traffic congestion, graffitti, unreported criminal juvenile activity ( kids have rights today). Many communities allow, permit or approve livestock or poultry as pets. The only way to know about this is the LOUD rooster calls at daybreak. Do you want to owe a small fortune on a mortgage on a property that is surrounded by the daily screaming of roosters? Or how about wild teenagers who like to burn tire rubber at all hours of the night racing their cars? Do you observe "too many'" freshly painted walls? Is this to hide LEGAL Graffitti legally defined as "artwork"? Are there "crazy neighbors" that the seller is trying to avoid by selling the property? Will they now be YOUR crazy neighbors to enjoy? How about the practice by some estate agents of parking expensive late model rental cars (Mercedes Benz, Porsches, BMW's, Mazeratis) in driveways to make it appear that a higher social status persons live in the community?). In some areas like Los Angeles suburbs, agents will actually hire Equity member "Background actors" to "walk" in appropriate "attire" in the area acting like they reside there ( non speaking roles only) to increase the perceived value of the location. How do you know about these issues unless your Listing or Buyers agent tells you? How many Listing agents or Buyers agents want to scare away a potential fast close at asking price, by telling the truth? I can go on and on with these questions, since ALL of this has happened to me. A 180 DOM property that just never sells with new late model cars parked in the driveway ( vacant house) ? Oops and now it is SOLD. This is why I prefer Dual Agency. One important advantage of Dual Agency is that it requires a strong moral, and ethical agent to know how to walk the line protecting and representing BOTH parties ( Or more including mortgages, loans, and local building code approval knowledge). A part time agent will not last long attempting to HONESTLY juggle the needs and prserve the rights of all parties to the contract. Any dishonesty will quickly include a lawsuit or two. Estate agent E&O insurers do NOT enjoy handling any serious claims.

  629. In 2008, I received a telephone call from a person who claimed they were with the Comptroller of the Currency. They asked me many personal questions and I refused to answer. I knew they were with the government because they had that typical attitude of "YOU are here to serve me", obnoxious, arrogant and any other pejorative like you would like to add. They called me on a Sunday morning and informed me they were notifying that "the government" had seized a bank I had a savings deposit in, and to ask me where I wanted my money. I was given a choice. 1) Leave the money in my account in a new bank that was selected ( by who?) , or I could APPLY to the FDIC to receive my money, WITHIN 90 DAYS!! Lucky for me that this was not my life savings or I would be very angry at the system ( Federal government, Federal Reserve, FDIC, banks and regulators). I was curious about what happened to the actual people at my bank who created this action. I learned that the executives involved with my bank were ALSO INVOLVED with the "new" bank. So what is the difference? A failure of employees are just moved over under a bank with a different name.   638. This is the best interview yet! We may have had a few disagreements in the past but this interview defines the problems of residents of California. As a buyer I ran Due Diligence of the property and seller by talking to every neighbor I could to learn about the property. The property for sale was owned the past 33 years yet needed updates and other work. What was the biggest issue? The owner did not live in the house! Why? The tenants, now squatters moved her out ( living in a car by the side of a road) while they took over the property ( no rents paid no utilities paid for over one year. .There was no mention in the MLS that it was occupied by tenants!! What will the typical local RE Association do about this? Nothing. How about the state Board of Real Estate (DRE)? Nothing, they only get involved once you are in contract allegedly because of Privacy Rights of the tenant squaters I solved the issue by hiring a Real Estate Attorney who said he would work for free after I told him my story. He told me that if I went ahead and bought the house without his help it could easily cost me over $40,000 to eject the squatters (faux tenants). The key was my Offer. I use the same DRE Offer forms available to agents but added a VERY carefully worded Addendum. Anyone reading he addendum would e quick to sign it as written. But reading this Addendum as an RE attorney the meaning implied much much more. I used my own "street method" and "social engineering" to eject the squatters and quickly closed on time. Since that time I have built or purchased other properties which today remain VACANT. Why? I just like new properties- my hobby. I NEVER want any tenants or leases. In my view as long as my acquisition costs are low, real estate can be a good store of value. Much better than a savings account in a bank that pays almost zero interest. If I want to sell I can sell FAST compared to local market rates since I own the properties and my costs were low.

As long as I am financially strong I can provide the "best" feature of the so-called "highest and best". I can close within days and as long as the Broker and seller beleive that, I have much more control of the transaction. Most of us have bills due every month this includes real estate agents. The sales commission earned on a long drawn out sale which includes inspections, appraisals, approvals and piles of paperwork is not restricted by time. The broker and seller have other financial obligations htat MUST BE PAID. I exploit the time value of money.. I have never "lost" on any real estate deal and my favorite morsel are the federal tax laws. I enjoy Long Term Capital Gains and can increase my assets by using real estate instead of the typical ( for most) doing active work and active income which are taxed the highest except at the lowest levels of income.

  674. I have learned that my "profit" in real estate is when I buy and not when I sell. I have found that the most important variables for me on the Buy side is Location, structure of the building and the reasons for the sale. I never fall "in love" with any house. Most people who buy an existing house spend money to improve or modify the house to meet their needs. My reality is that I expect to spend more money on this stage and plan for this cost before I buy. On the "Sell" side, my primary goal in any market, is to list the house at least 13 months after I bought the house ( close of escrow). I list my asking price in the lowest 50% of local comps that sold in the past 30 days for a quick and uncomplicated sale. I prefer to buy and sell using Dual agency real estate brokers where legal. As a seller, I prefer to pay my listing broker the full Listing fee ( no associates involved) to bring me a qualified buyer who I can help to buy my property. Honesty in business can help all sides of a transaction. There are no "secrets" or hidden agendas in any of my deals. One result I enjoy as a seller is that I have not experienced buyers remorse. As a buyer I have always enjoyed "paper equity" on the day of closing. If more people used these ideas, house prices for all would be more affordable for both buyers and sellers. The way the system works today, most sellers in a bad sellers market can not lower the asking prices of the property even if they wanted to because they paid too much when they initially bought the house and/or they used a HELOC or second deed of trust to get the money to improve the house. As a buyer, I focus on those listings that have included a HELOC. The house I buy does not have the most curb appeal, staged with rented furniture and white picket fence and potted plants decorating the property.

  761. I agree with you Jonathon. I filed for divorce from my wife, but handled the legal with no attorneys or legal support. I met a few attorney where we discussed what each of us would be responsible for. The attorney advised me he required a retainer of $60,000 "to get started". By the end of our discussion, the attorney was asking me how I handled each of the 30 or so points listed on the check list I brought with me. Why I had satisfactorily completed each item on my punch list. I did have some pain however in that it took me 5 years to get her the final documents. During that five years she hired multiple law firms to see what assets or benefits they could extract from me. Each one of them told her they would not recommend her to proceed. During that time I enjoyed my life and developed business clients for the future. The number one goal was not just to save legal expenses, but my goal was absolute freedom from any court or legal clerk from interacting with me which makes me responding to them. What could be a motive to murder a child? Child pageants involve competition between the children, parents and others associated with these people. Are there any common relationships with participants, talent scouts, promoters, agents and others involved at the periphery of these events? Who were the pageant winners, losers, dropouts, who when and what are the details? How could any of these people know the dollar amount stated in the alleged ransom note is similar to a bonus for Mr. Ramsey? Did Mr. Ramsey tell anyone about his possible bonus or salary increase? Why? ( a coworker, salesman, competitor). If this occurred, it was most likely within days, weeks or a few months before the murder. Why the rambling and incoherent hostage note? Was it left to conceal the motive for the murder and/or shift suspicion to another? There are more questions to ask. Why wasn't a murder weapon brought to the site if a homicide was planned? A makeshift garotte would require sufficient time, creativity and certain amount of intelligence to identify workable materials to be used as a weapon. What if the method failed? Was there a Plan "B"? Who would gain from this murder? Is it murder for spite ( against the parents or others). None of the evidence proves that she did not poison Peggy Carr. How can a jury trial prove a negative? By a verdict of Guilty for George Trepal? Also, they could have both been involved. I don't think association with Mensa has anything to do with this case. The media claims about Thalium Nitrate being used as a possible requirement for synthesis or extraction of methamphetamine is not consistent with any published methods. I don't know what really happened, but both Dr Diana Carr and George Trepal had violated several principles used by criminals by not obfuscating their possible involvement. They both talked about their animus toward the Peggy Carr family. Diane may have gotten away with murder, but under a different police investigation and prosecutor there could be different results.   847. Brandon this is a good report but what you see right in front of you is a much bigger story! Notice the telephone pole with the power cables in the foreground? Look carefully and you will see a transformer and several devices including possible antennas and one exterior light fixture. I looked at this same area using Google Earth and even though it had poor resolution you could clearly see the absence of that same power pole. Here are some ideas for future investigation. Bring along a frequency counter and an SDR spectrum analyzer and record a day or so of signals that you captured. I see many possibilities including a warning system ( is there a high point on the Mexican side that can view the road East or West?). This would permit the bad guys from knowing when it is "safe" to cross the border. I can plainly see at least one BP vehicle on this same road on the old Google earth image. This installation does not look high quality and could be an amateur attempt at thwarting the Border Patrol. If this is an old ( cheap) AMPS cellular system you can monitor the voice calls ( they could also be using text messages. All you need it that same SDR receiver with an FM demodulator and just for fun any old USA pre 2007 VSB analog portable TV set tuned to between channels 65-90 will keep you entertained. Now all you need to do is learn street level "Spanglish". Open your mind to the many possibilities of a remote alert / communication system along the border. A good portion of the Mexican GDP comes from money wired from the USA via Western Union and others to their compadres in old Mexico!   904. Very interesting! I have had serious issues with the USPS and would like to share my experiences. I have numerous credit cards and subsvriptions and my daily junk mail has become burdensome. Then it happened. NO mail except for junk mail for three weeks! No monthly bills and no utility bills that I would normally expect! I immediately contacted the local Postmaster who aske dme " Are you sure? - I don't have THAT problem!!" This continued for another week and so I started my own investigation. I noticed our letter carrier drving his mail truck late after normal "business" hours ( Is the USPS a real business or just a way to send tons of junk mail?). I waved him down and asked him why he was driving so late. He smile and told me he was "Too busy!" I asked him why and he told me it was a bad time of the year for mail delivery because of all the political mail. He continued saying that he just returned from "the dump" trying to get rid of all this mail". What? Let me look inside your truck? "It is ILLEGAL for you to look in side my truck!" I said I can see from here you have bags and stacks of mail piled up so I can see them through the windows! " I know I told you before " I have too much mail!". I reported this to the US Postal Inspection Office and NOTHING happened. Maybe They also had "too much work"? I was able to organize many of my neighbors with the same problem and was advised by a letter carrier they will do NOTHING because of the Postmaster. I insisted what does he do all day? She replied "..,.all he does is eat and play games " with the letter carrier who throws away the mail. She then told me IN SECRECY that she could be fired for telling us how to actually recveive our mail! She gave us a "confidential" telephone number for USPS "Customer Sevice" that we are NOT supposed to give out to customers, if we have too many complaints wwe get in "big trouble". I called the number and three days later the Postmaster knocked on my front door. Do you have some mail for me today? He was pissed OFF! He called me a "wise guy" for causing him "trouble" by calling USPS Customer Service. He told me to never do it again or I would never get mail. He is a "portly" man from eating all those Pizzas ( Pizza joint was across the street from the Post Office). I asked other letter carriers about this intimidation from the Postmaster and terrible service. I was informed that they all knew what was going on and that the letter carrier whow as discarding FIRST CLASS MAIL "always did that", but no one could complain since the letter carrier was a close friend with the Postmaster AND they would receive bad evaluations and would get assigned the worst routes. Two days ago I received my Pixel 6 and wanted to see how Android spied on me. I was informed to "LOG in". Log in to what? I did not agree that I had to join anything ( Google Gmail to access the Google Play store) before using this Pixel 6 smartphone. So I played the Google reverse SPY GAME and provided 100% bogus identifiable information about the real me. ( I used a different bogus device in a different location) Badada -bing ! What did I see? Dozens of unsolicited advertisements for funeral homes, medical insurance and cremation services. Is this how they advertise to a teenager? a dog? or a very very old man?. I said I was over 110 years old and unknown "gender". The probability that my fake ID would bring in DOZENS of SPAM ads for death and funerals tells me that GOOGLE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Years ago I observed that on the TV series "The Apprentice" that serious errors were used in identifying and selecting "The Apprentice" in each show. His selection criteria was not based on selecting only a highly productive performer, but included attributes and personal characteristics shared by Sociopaths, Psychopaths and those who shared the elements of the "Dark Triad" ( Psychopathy, Narcissism, and Macchiavellianism). His TV show hiring games closely resembled the "Assessment Centers" used to develop and select Commanders of the German Military before World War I. IMHO These table top skits and exercises are an excellent way to encourage an organizational natural selection to select in and for Apprentice show candidates who have these Dark Triad capabilities. One result is that many of the people that he selected have an interest and motivation to backstabbing the selecting offcial. He needs a team that has the same goals, not a team of selfish backstabbers. I see additional organizational problems if he continues to use these same selection criteria in the future. The weekly "winner" for these old shows was able to get support from competitors while being simultaneously extremely competitive and at the same time "The good guy" who was not caught in any behavior that showed he was not trustworthy. This is not a trait that I think is important for these important government positions. TV shows originally used to be 24 minutes long, now they are about 13 minutes with 16 minutes of ads and half of this puny 16 minutes is a repeat from the previous show. 8) Most new appliances are designed to fail and are made in China. Appliance repair was popular when you could buy replacement parts. Companies like Apple will not let you replace a battery! 8) Insurance. Be careful Most insurance companies ( homeowner and auto) are not set up to actually pay claims, instead they will spend billions on TV ads instead of paying legitimate claims. I am very careful about using credit cards both prepaid and bank cards. I do have a drivers license, car registrations and utility bills. I prefer to pay cash. I also am a registered voter and pay property taxes and local government fees and assessments. I am not a "busy body" or involved in politics or other scams and do not talk politics or post lawn signs about political candidates of any stripe. I pay all bills on time and have no debts. I avoid the stock market and all marketing games by that industry. I just want to be left alone by Big Tech and government. I do not have Cable TV or internet and do not watch TV. I do not use Microsoft or Apple products or services and build my own computers. I use the most private versions of Linux and rarely I use a de Googled smartphone only for absolute necessities. I avoid anyone who has a Facebook account. I removed the landline telephone lines from my property and rarely ever use my de Google smartphone. I have tape over my smartphone camera and a privacy microphone plug that deactivates the microphone when not in use. I don 't use TEXT messaging and do not have social media accounts. I avoid 2FA at all times. I use an Ooma VOIP phone and yet have a HUGE privacy issue. Every week day I receive from 2 to 5 unsolicited SCAM telephone calls usually from India or Pakistan. The callers know everything about me including DOB, SSN, address, family information and pretend they are with various utilities or are giving "discounts" on utility bills. Many have copies of my monthly utility bills. I was able to get the name from one of the utility bill providers and they deny everything but just happen to specialize in selling solar panels to individual sales sub contractors. I NEVER see a valid Caller ID on my VOIP Ooma phone and can only log the call . Here is my question to you: With your Brax virtual phone system can you identify more about the calling parties? I rarely make or receive phone calls, and am not a salesman or scam artist. I would like the peace of mind knowing that if I switched my VOIP service to your service you would be able to learn more about these nuisance scam callers than I can determine from a fake caller id.   1105. First, I am not a mechanic. As a result of your recommendations I just bought a new 2022 Toyota Corolla SE at MSRP ( one honest salesman--who has not been trained on how to "sell". Thank You! ) This is my first Toyota. I am following all of your instructions about care of the car as well as engine break in instructions: Use caution with braking the first 200 miles and excessive idling and engine acceleration/RPM and prolonged speed for first 500 miles ( I stay below 2000 RPM). I bought the Toyota filter and 0W-16 oil for my first oil change at 1,000 miles which will be done by a local mechanic using my filter and oil. I have studied the maintenance manual and talked to the Dealer service department about the included Toyota care "maintenance". Initially, at 5,000 miles it is supposed to include tire rotation, fluid top off and not much more. I talked to the service manager and was told they will not change oil unless I direct them to and pay for it. Not a problem. I found a few words in the maintenance manual that says " 5,000 mile oil change ONLY for excessive idling such as police, delivery and other. I will use the "other idling". I know there are many different required Toyota oil filters and oil required for these vehicles based up on year, model, engine and Toyota MFG requirements for warranties. This will be a large inventory! My question is this: How do I absolutely know that the Service department will actually use the filter and oil I give them to do the job? With all the shenanigans I hear about from former Toyota Service technicians ( not you of course) , I wonder what is really going on? I have already been lied to a few times by the Toyota Parts department and the service department! Example: "Toyota does not have part numbers for its vehicle components". Say what?   1123.  @DonnieIsNotAmerican  You are speculating about the source of my wealth. #1) I never trust the Financial Industry. I no longer invest in any stocks. I also no longer buy bonds. How did I earn my money? BY MANUAL LABOR. Who did I work for ? Individuals who needed work to be done and got tired of hearing excuses. I rarely worked as an employee for organizations. I am not a sycophant. I tell it like it is from my experience and knowledge ie TRUE freedom of speech. I have been FIRED by individuals and immediately rehired at a higher pay because they NEEDED a worker who got the iob done quickly and thoroughly. From barely minimum wage to over $100/hr. They just MUST HAVE THE WORK DONE TODAY...no talking, excuses, explaining or reasons. When I was a kid I was working in a warehouse and hired to hand load and stack unpalletized products in freight cars. I was in trouble the FIRST day because I actually did the work for which I was hired. Even the supervisor told me to slow down. Luckily for me a VIP observed me working and within days they had me doing higher level work, at much higher pay. That was lesson number One. As long as you as a worker is diligent and productive AND the job MUST BE DONE (not a pretend, fake, "ethnicity hire" or government job) YOU WILL BE IN DEMAND. WHEN I hire people to work for me I look for diligence and a high level of achievement motivation. THIS IS RARE among US workers. It is all about "me" and my "social benefits" . The last crew I hired I tipped each worker with hundred dollar bills in addition to their excellent pay. What's wrong with this? I have a line of real workers begging to work for me. What about their "rights" or Union memberships? Most are in labor unions but actually want to work as men tend to want to do. Am I exploiting them? Why do they come back for more "punishment"? The only other rules have is HONESTY always and Greed will get you fired. I pay what the work is worth to me. Not worth hiring then I do the work.

  1124.  @DonnieIsNotAmerican  Who is suffering what consequences? One of my former workers just emailed me and wants more work! He must be one of those abused employees? I just looked him up on my calendar and realized I paid him an average of over $2,000/day! I do not have "lunch or break times", hours of work or sick pay. But somehow he wants MORE work under my selfish supervision and management. If he continues to be productive he will continue to have work. When his work is no longer valuable TO ME, I will hire another, and he KNOWS THAT. Do you earn $2,000 per day? Why Not? If I had the skill and experience I would do it myself but I do not. I accept ZERO errors in finished work just as I perform work for others. One day I walked through the job site and noticed something very small. He saw me, and immediately apologized and rectified the issue. When the job was complete I thought everything was fine. A few days later, I heard the dogs barking and found out he had returned after he was paid. Why? He was adding "finishing touches" to make his completed work look better than I thought it could be. I told him he had already been paid for his work. He responded he could not sleep if he knew he could have done a better job. He came back and surprised me with an even better finished product. He did not want any money for this additional work. It sounds like he is a happy camper? I forgot he may be part of a "protected class". If he wanted to vote, he told me he is a Trump supporter and will never buy another can of Bud Light. ROFL. He is experiencing FREEDOM to work or not.
