  1. I don’t know how anyone can even sleep at night owning dozens of half-empty “retreats” all across the world, while someone else has to make do with a quiet stretch of sidewalk instead. I can’t even eat out in the city anymore because of the sheer number of people hiding from the rain underneath cardboard sheets outside. Thinking about how impossible it is to help everybody can feel paralyzing sometimes But I guess all we can do is start small, and try branching outward from there. None of us can help everybody, but surely all of us can help somebody

  3. @Shawn Spencestar Directly sponsoring multiple homeless people’s food and shelter every month. Not to mention trying to push for more improvement in our hometown through the city-council level, because the suburbs are much more manageable than the cities I’m talking about Plus you don’t need to be helping “every day” to still make a difference. People like you are extremely toxic
