@danmar007 You don’t have to go full-bore, just add incrementally larger proportions of high-fat/low-card diet, intermittent fasting etc. etc Health is a spectrum, and all progress should be celebrated

Well spiritual “evolution” is unfortunately arbitrary, and as for doing “just fine” physically … couldn’t they also have done “just fine” without the dry fast too? In other words, what reasons would even be left for dry fasts in that case 🤷♂️

@rolandberger7493 Not to sound rude, but isn’t Stan’s channel here more focused on physical health than spiritual development to begin with 🤷♂️

@rolandberger7493 Granted, but I don’t think it’s safe to start trusting other people’s advice on what IMPROVES spirituality, because I can give you numerous examples of so-called gurus’ students actually dying after participating in so-called “cleansing” fasts, experimental drugs etc. Plus there is also the complication of some spiritual guidance literally contradicting other schools of thought directly. That can also muddy the waters even further when trying to promote any particular lifestyle as distinctly beneficial to one’s spirituality

The vaccine definitely worked for what it was designed to combat New strains can require new vaccines. It’a pretty simple

@em7937 Because if people have the right to start randomly dragging spirits into a YouTube channel based entirely around scientific observation on human health, then I also have the right to critically examine any of these same claims Not to mention as I stated earlier, many times people have fallen sick or literally passed as a result of so-called “guidance” from these crackpot gurus out there nowadays. And I have no mercy for that type of business at all It’s very simple

At some point, your stomach microbiome itself will transform via your new low-carb diet and stop sending sugar-cravings back up into your brain instead Hang in there

@lucyclink9163 Kindly look up a video here on YouTube by Kiana Docherty, titled “Was This the Best Diet Ever?” I think you’ll be very pleasantly surprised :) And I congratulate your good fortune in finding organic produce so close to home

@profesorz642 Why is Herman Cain gone today? Be very specific with your answer

Good luck, and let us know it went! The “typical UK diet” contains a pretty heavy ratio of carbohydrates, so hopefully any improvements to your daily nutritional regimen aren’t too rough on your wallet overall :)

“Proper human behavior” is omnivorous, as the fossil record of ancient hominids proves But if you still got great results by switching to an extreme elimination-diet like carnivore, then that’s great news for sure
