Well spiritual “evolution” is unfortunately arbitrary, and as for doing “just fine” physically … couldn’t they also have done “just fine” without the dry fast too? In other words, what reasons would even be left for dry fasts in that case 🤷‍♂️

@rolandberger7493 Granted, but I don’t think it’s safe to start trusting other people’s advice on what IMPROVES spirituality, because I can give you numerous examples of so-called gurus’ students actually dying after participating in so-called “cleansing” fasts, experimental drugs etc. Plus there is also the complication of some spiritual guidance literally contradicting other schools of thought directly. That can also muddy the waters even further when trying to promote any particular lifestyle as distinctly beneficial to one’s spirituality

@em7937 Because if people have the right to start randomly dragging spirits into a YouTube channel based entirely around scientific observation on human health, then I also have the right to critically examine any of these same claims Not to mention as I stated earlier, many times people have fallen sick or literally passed as a result of so-called “guidance” from these crackpot gurus out there nowadays. And I have no mercy for that type of business at all It’s very simple
