@yoeyyoey8937 That’s weird, you lecture random strangers on the internet with your worthless advice without even finding out their personal histories first 🤔
12
@marymcintosh9990 It’s called “creatine”, Mary. A very common natural weightlifting supplement
5
Good job on completely missing the point of this entire video lol
4
“Respect” from what kind of woman, though
4
@yoeyyoey8937 LMAO what?? How “unlucky” would I have been otherwise, you baby edgelord
4
This is a terrible cope for the massive side effect it all entails You might be comfortable with schoolkids literally dying over this. We’re not
3
Can’t you buy a couple heavy weights/kettlebells to start getting fit again, but at home?
3
Amen, they prey on the ignorance of newcomers. And hence our need to weed out the promoters with zero integrity
3
“Not unrealistic” based on what, your proof that somehow photoshop & cosmetic surgery don’t exist? Grow up bud
3
@CommanderTexas Quantity isn’t quality
2
@marcuss777 It’s bioavailable in spades from the animal products many of us already eat. That’s what I meant
2
@boo5274 Depends on which context that same physique is made apparent, honestly It’s one thing to pick up decent proportions from beneath a dress shirt or something and go from there. But if you’re weirdly fond of taking your shirt off at the mall or whatever, that’s a generally insecure stunt which only draws the type of woman you should stay far away from. And I say this as someone else who started off notoriously ugly as a kid but saw things pick up slightly over the years
2
@Ninjeto Stallone was popped for juice

Don’t try emulating these steroid losers. Look up classic Greek statues of athletic men, and use that as inspiration instead ;)
1
@omzy8700 All your favorite actors are on steroids, sorry pal You can make all the excuses you want, but nobody gets even bigger as a middle-aged athlete than they did as a 20-year-old athlete. Use your brain
1
I would recommend a Gonstead chiropractor for your back at least, you can look up footage of good ones even here on YouTube

Hi magus, hopefully you’ve been well recently man As a purely anecdotal note, I have personally lost roughly 50 lbs. since May of this year by following a low-carb, high-fat diet (not quite ketogenic levels, though) and also making sure my Vitamin D intake was high (via prescription pills) You can also throw in some moderate exercise every now and then to keep your body healthy (long walks in the sun are enough), with the goal being to eventually water-fast a couple days a week as your micronutrient (i.e. vitamin & mineral) levels permit The excess fat should start burning off you in no time, good luck! 🤘☺️

Beautiful transformation, but damn … what happened to your heart there in September brother? :(
1
@toomanymarys7355 Communism literally turned countries like Russia & China into global superpowers, but ok
1
@toomanymarys7355 Says who
1
Don’t worry, the only person you should compete with is who you were yesterday
1
But overweight cuts are irrelevant to this video. None of these superhero meatheads were fat beforehand, just twigs
1
That’s why Bronze Era lifters will always be the best
1
Who is your role model?
1
There is no shot you looked like Hemsworth, Evans or Nanjiani within the same time frame lol Not a chance mate
1
@SeanMendicino-n3d Just because the lawmakers are crooked doesn’t magically make the laws themselves bad And who the hell said we can’t warn others about abusing alcohol either lmao
1
Damn, I didn’t even think about the Arnold effect … dude probably ruined the bodies and minds of multiple generations
1
@Monika-tv8np Lindo is on steroids too, sorry
1
@mugshock1234 People are talking about 2-3 workouts daily, not weekly Time to use your brain, mate
1
Lmao uh-oh
1
But Kiz, you have something these Hollywood meatheads will never have: integrity 🤘☺️
1
@hungryowl1559 Try low-carb & multi-day fasting, combined with proper vitamin/mineral supplementation (and long gentle cardio like power-walking if you need it). The fat will just melt right off
1
@judyh3707 True, but all these ‘roid abusers make the uphill struggle that much worse At least if everyone in Hollywood stayed natural, we’d acquire a realistic sense of what our bodies should roughly strive for. But all of these pharmaceutical losers spiral our expectations completely out of control, to the point where we don’t even have a visual metric for progress anymore
1
The first step toward fixing any problem is recognizing it. You got this, dude 🤘
1
@Super Mario A lot of data is directly conflicting genius, hence the entire problem
