  1. Yup - you are on no one's clock - do things in your own time. One of my auto immune diseases requires a load of supplements but I also take some scrips too. So I too use one of those. Still I sometimes forgot, so I set an alarm on my phone for daily - around the time that I've already had a coffee, so I'm not taking them on an empty stomach. It's working. Oh I did enjoy the sound of the waves. By the way, 1200 people may have already told you, but we tend to call that a jade plant and I think it turns red if it' has been frozen - but it could be that it cooked in the heat. Not certain.
