Happy Anniversary! Yeah, I do see that you're happy with your van. You MUST get better mileage than a full sized one and it's certainly easy to park. It's plainness enables you to park in places a bigger vehicle might not fit or might draw attention. It suits you because while not fancy, you have all your needs met and it's reliable. I'd suggest that your newer fridge/freezer combo has paid for itself in savings. When you were up North, it seemed that you were buying coffee and meals out much more often but cooking your own meals allows for more veggie intake and control over what's on your plate. So all in all, it seems like it's right for you. I don't think there's an inch of unused space really - everything you need fits. Happy Travels.
