  1. You are absolutely right - the more color, the more nutrients. Plus a pretty meal whets the appetite and makes you want to eat it. I love cumin for a real mexican flavor. Taco Tuesday!!!! I really like the red bell peppers and the yellow ones. Yum. Tacos are a wonderful food.
