  2. Yeah, you cooked that meat thoroughly, it will be fine. Your tacos look great, nicely done. Turns out Vons carries yellow bird serrano sauce. I will pick some up for hubby. Love your carbon steel pan. Right up there alongside cast iron but lighter weight. Good tools last a lifetime. Gotta look for that scrubber!
