  1. Exactly! So what if Haiti becomes the new Somalia, ruled by gangs/warlords, and hundreds of thousands of Haitians end up at the border. Staying out of Haiti's affairs is more important than preventing a failed state in the Caribbean and another crisis at the border, right?
