LMAO Russians think Syria is a victory. Assad only controls 60% of Syria, meanwhile the U.S. controls 1/3 of Syrian territory, controlling 95% of Syria's oil and gas fields and the former capital of ISIS, Raqqa. Russia is a joke and even their victories are halfass jobs.

@dandombrowski9991 Rojava was about to be consumed by ISIS if it wasn't for U.S. airstrikes, and then it would have been stationary and still fighting ISIS if it it wasn't for U.S. airstrikes, weapons, special forces, and training, as the U.S. led the coalition against ISIS, a coalition that includes Rojava. Then Rojava would have been conquered by Turkey or Syria with help from Iran and Russia if it weren't for American troops on the ground. And finally, the name Rojava was officially scrapped and replaced with the Democratic Federation of Northern Syria. It was a joint effort, but the U.S. was absolutely key to that effort succeeding

@laiila_ksa yeah, but they got the 1/3 of Syria's territory which is the richest part of Syria, with 95% of their oil and gas, their best agricultural land, and control over their largest sources of water and electricity because they control the Tabqa dam. What does Assad have? Ruins, and nobody to pay for it.
