It was sitting outside for I don't know how long, The motor was seized up, could not kick it over no matter what Took the spark filled thie cylinder with Marvel Mystery Oil Let sit for a couple days It took a little foot pressure but I t broke loose. I should have had it facing the opposite way of my mobile home because it sprayed the side. Kicked it several more times Put fresh gas in and new plug and several kicks later it started. It never smoked and ran good. I swear by MM Oil
