china seems to be going against their rich people every so often to keep them in "check". so i wouldn't be surprised if its a CCP created conspiracy theory in order to bring this guy down and win support for investigating and then prosecuting this guy. don't be surprised if eventually he gets jailed or "disappeared" as a traitor to the motherland in the near future.
