  1. Whenever you see a rabid dog. First thing you should do is climb up a tree. If there no tree nearby, dont fear. Take water from bag and sprinkle it to the animal. If there is no water with you then dont worry. Pee. If there is no pee then call the taxi and book for hospital and by the time the taxi comes you will be bitten and you can reach the hospital in time and get vaccines.
