No actual democracies in the world has such provisions that benefits only partial community. Beautiful constitution isn't it? And you have read it also? Indian constitution have too many loopholes that paves way to corruption. 2) south Korea Singapore Japan should be compared. Because it is democracy. India could've also implemented that model in 1947. Then by 2010 India could've been as good as China today. Population do not matter. But the crowd must be clean without fringe groups like pfi sdpi supported by political leaders who is in turn supported by the same beautiful constitution. 3) shouldve put the house in order implement caa nrc Ucc long before. 4) in a one rule, policies will be implemented immediately without delay hence development will be rapid unlike multi political system like India here any policy needs an acceptance from both houses of parliament, until then development will be kept on hold. 5) states with opposition political party in power will halt a policy of center implement into their states ( misuse of federal powers of the state against center) thus development will be put on hold till the opposition party in a particular state is put out of power. And news channels run by that state influence the peoples mind against center ( misuse of freedom of press by the same Indian beautiful constitutional law?) Are nothing but tools to lay down more corruption 6) freedom of press being misused by media creating confusion of facts that stands as obstacle to peoples right to know the actual information about a particular bill passed by parliament. Thus people in a state get misled by news channels and they lose faith upon the bill thus development is curtailed and put to hold for long time this tools to more corruption is in Indian beautiful constitution. No need to blame the govt but the people who thought they knew the constitution well but couldn't question it. 7) no need to depend on USA for development. Put your house in order first by removing all anti social elements then educate the society. Increase education bill as is done by the current govt. Give them skills. Remove labour forces ( this is age of AI and not labour forces) and give them skills ( like skill development bill 2015) wait for 25-30 years meantime new gen will come up up educated. Give chances for pvt investors. Let them invest they will give you job. Start with that. Give them opportunity to manufacture. Support them. When you support them naturally world market will get attracted with fdi. This the last 60 years govt shouldve done long before. 8) *a stable leader is not sent. It is made. If people are corrupt and lazy then leaders will also be corrupt and lazy only. Indias federal system ( of the same beautiful constitution) will turn any leader into corrupt. Eg as above: if centre passes a good bill in the parliament the state govt, if opposition means, he will block that bill and mislead the public of that particular state against the bill by using news channels who in turn misuse the freedom of press of the same ( beautiful) constitution, are nothing but tools for more corruption given by the same beautiful Indian constitution. Democracy of India sucks into corruption. It needs to remove multipolitcs make it bipolitcs like USA and remove the additional loopholes to corruption like federal system, and bring unitary form of govt or implement Ucc. If not separatists groups will grow in states under protection of opportunist political party in power and chances to split the nations becomes more. Conclusion = there is a need to be under control after some extent. A law that have too much liberal structure alongside with too many loopholes for corruption is like tempting people to do wrong and then punish. Unfortunately in India the loopholes for corruption are too many that you cannot punish the offender. The law ( of the same beautiful constitution) comes to protect the corrupt "India is not a police state" , this of went out of control there is no machinery in the law and order to bring it under control as India have only 1 police force oer 700 population = beautiful constitution laid down by somebody, edited by somebody. 😏

There have been cases where the sc of USA ruled out seperate school for black also in the past, unlike in India where reservation is backed by stupid affirmative action by the so called courts which makes India a pseudo Democratic by function.

The main problem is elements associated with democracy like = 1) federal system ( here India is quasi federal) 2) multipolitics 3) free speech 4) minority special provisions especially art 30 is been abused. Here a govt aided hindu school cannot propagate hindu religion. This is only for Hindus. A hindu school cannot appoint a teacher on basis of merit if the teacher is non hindu what nonsense is this is this truly secular in spirit? No. Only hindu schools are on brink of shut down and are effected due to art 30. This gives way too much of loop holes to corruption. This spoil the essence of democracy also. Art 14 is there but it cannot effect art 30. That's why India is democratic by constitution but by practice it suppresses voice of only the Hindus. Nehru is the one who enforced art 30. Whoever opposed nehru died out of mysterious conditions and some disappeared itself.
