@wrenchax I knew of the economic benifits standing as hurdle islam could suffer. Not just Turkey, all other Islamic world are today made to take shelter under China. Even if you by economic benifits you have nothing to benifit from china. What China is doing now, push all countries that does business with them Into debts and make them depend on China. Even US and eu has debts but they can fight with military. But Turkey is different. Turkey is no exception. Now china have started to claim tajkistan. Later they will ask Turkey also. India can defend ourself against China and we are doing it by imposing ban on all Chinese markets and defending our borders with china. This will also help our home grown manufacture bloom again. But for Turkey, now China will isolate y'all from other countries and make you depend on them, hit all your home grown manufacture and push you in debt with huge interest rate then they will place their army as a base in name to defend against US and western allies. Then you will find hard to recover from debts and bounce back. India luckily we have a bold govt now we never took loan from them.

@wrenchax pak is done. They are next urgyur Muslims. They huge debt with huge interest rate. And in addition many cpec infrastructure is not finished in time. So interest is also increasing by passage of time. They have handed over their control to China in oil refinery and many other aspect. By time pak will become a part of China.

@wrenchax Chinese economy is definitely was in top 3 until the recent times not anymore. How is the west pushing Turkey into Chinese business? One belt one road will leak your security information to China. It's too dangerous to feed a snake. They will only spew venom. I know Turkey has no military deals with China. But in future if the business transactions continue they push you towards that. You should be very vigilant signing every deal and proceeding further. So far I know many countries are unable to come out of Chinese business. Because by doing so you will again have to start from a new base by removing all all Chinese infrastructure and components in every sphere. We know the dragon.

@wrenchax I understand your point that your imports are low from china. But everything start slow. Nearby future turkey will be forced to take sides and ally more with china then that will make Turkey more and more dependent on China. That's how it goes.

Fact 2 : Turkey not in good books of nato, the reason Turkey forced to seal new deals with Russia China. So future of Turkey is hard, you cannot choose the best interest for your country. You will forced to take sides and pick up only the available options in the option list. Fact number 3: indeed you ruled Delhi, but do not forget, ottomans were kicked out of Delhi by the rajputs.
