Russia trust India over treacherous China. But now the are locked with international sanctions so they do business with china. China uses Russia. Putin knows China is cunning. But he knows how to handle China well. For long run Russia will not have good relation with china. So he doesn't wants to lose India too. In next 3 years China will lose its strength due to no business ties. Then China will go back to old ways look for partner to export 🦇-soup.

If India would have elected modi in 2003 India today would have been in better position now. The last 10 years of congress ruined Indian army! In 2009-2013 many nuclear scientist in India died, and Sonia was behind it ( according to retired indian army soldier from kerela).
