Water Farmer sanctions on paxtan is inevitable. Answer to your question is loss to both India afgjan people including China Russia USA. Paxtani Taliban wants to bring sharia to Afghanistan and bring it under afgan Taliban rule. And later these paxtan Taliban also wants to talibanize paxtan with help of Afghan Taliban and bring sharia to paxtan. Afg Taliban and paxtan Taliban shake hands underneath table. Afghanistan Taliban has connections with alqueada ISIS urgyurs etc etc etc terror elements. China thinks they can control Taliban with money. But no they cant. You cant boss Taliban in bri project like they boss others in other nations under bri project. So ultimately considering the ground reality everybody ( excluding paxtan) wants Taliban finished. Because they all know taliban won't be good for long term interest. They wont do good for pakiatan also. But Pakistan is playing suicidal games using Taliban to hurt India. This may benifit them for short run. But in long run paxtan will suffer. Not India. Indian army dealt a tougher and stronger Taliban since 1970s-2000 until before USA stepped into Afghanistan for war on terror. Pak used Taliban against India in all wars we fought from 1970s-1999 but they lost all wars and talibans surrendered to Indian army. Unlike those days now this is weaker Taliban plus a stronger Indian army. Paxtan will only suffer. Now paxtan is trying to bring Afghanistan under Taliban control. But paxtan wont like when those talibans later try to talibanize paxtan. So paxtan will have long term trouble. USA will also have long term trouble due to talibans. A similar model if 9/11 could repeat again due to talibans aided by paxtan in future.
