@Hero138abcd after 2016 it declined due to demonetization. Then again economy rose up. Then again in 2017 it went down due to gst implementation. Gst is challenging bill. Any new challenging bill will take time to settle. The govt will have to adjust it and learn how to set it right. It will take 3 years. In 2020 it settled and economy rose again. Then in 2 months covid came and lock down so economy went down. Now again it rose up.

Wave Optics Congress did nothing. 2022 it is impossible for Manmohan to do any thing. You think Manmohan is God to overcome covid and do somersault and touch 5 trillion bypassing lock down? He couldn't handle even recession well in 2011. More over Congress never gives India tools for permanent growth. They rely only in temporary growth and invite all call centers and ngo jobs. This is not what India wants. India needs jobs given by Indian concern. Only BJP is taking steps for that.
