  6.  @peacefulindian318  manipur conflict is politcs and not religious fight like the Islamic states doing everywhere. Manipur, the insurgent leaders wanted to prevent govt from removing the opium cultivation. The opposion supported the insurgent groups because they do not want the current govt take all credit by crushing corruption. This is due to abuse of the phrase "India is not a police state".
