I dont think it is safe for Russia if Russia do not occupy full Ukraine. Because Ukraine have nothing to lose anymore, it is totally destroyed and they may look for revenge if they get a chance. Dont you think it possible for Ukraine to launch a nuke at Russia in future considering the pro western stance zelensky is playing? I think Russia will be safe only if they occupy full Ukraine. If not anything can happen.
