@JH-pv6rd India doesn't care about sanctions because sanctioning india will hurt US business more and US intersts more than India. So US will not sanction india many reasons are there. 1998 sanctions hurt US business more than India.India can help Russia bypass swift sanctions too. India helps Armenia because India is seeing that long business trade connecting middle east with Europe and south Asia. Another reason is to check mate Turkey's recent indulgence with Pakistan on Kashmir so we dont want Armenia become occupied by Turkish intersts since Armenia is showing Indias interst india needs them too.
