The problem is atiq rahuman is a serial killer besides he have raped many women and young minor girls. If you send them to court then those drunk judhes and cji will probably sit inside AC room and pass drunk orders like "every sinner have a future.." etc. Judhes are taking tax money of people for their fee and helping criminals survive and torture the innocent civilian people by keeping trillions of cases pending so they don't have any better work. Judhes must be held responsible for their drunk judgments they passed.
