@Nikhil-dx9kc if that happens in india then I agree it is wrong. But if you remember in 2002 the atal Bihari govt respected the constitution after he lost no confidence test and resigned? Also in 2018 modi govt respected the supreme court by quitting the post of karnataka cm. So in India no govt has the audacity to go against constitution because they fear the supreme court rather then respect. It is not just about respect but fear. Because In india court is more powerful sp they fear the court and prevent messing up against constitution.
