  3.  @Abhinav_Anand_1  deficit in what? My point is just annex Lanka with India instead of taking refugees. Lanka is in serious trouble. They are blackmailing us to give loans by playing China card. The port of lanka is obviously good strategic point. They are saying indirectly that they will give the port to enemy if we don't give them loan. Taking their refugees? We don't know what kind of refugees they are. And in India with kind of federal system and multipolitics it has become a safe haven for terror groups shelter in states especially where opposition state govt rule.
