The problem is not art 370 the actual problem is verses like surah 4 an-nisa verse 56. So in order to solve this problem and restore ties you need to bring status quo and quit islam. Paxtan itself was created because of Islam. Abbrogation of art 370 is certainly a big relief because there exist a new antidote to surah 4 an-nisa verse 56 with abbrogation of art 370. Merely by restoring art 370 will only make Kashmir worst like it used to be till before 2019. If this demand is not possible then we dont need any ties with paxtan.
