  1. Goi is now more focused in developing skills and education recently the skill development bill 2015 and education bill 2020 are actually backbone for the future. Education bill allots 6% of GDP for first time in history. It used to be before only 2%. Meanwhile China is allowing 5% GDP. As of now only India and USA allot 6% GDP in education the highest in the world.

In china they pass a bill means it gets into effect the next moment unlike India it has to pass thru 2 houses of the parliament and If suppose If any one house have opposition ministers in majorty then bill will not get passed etc etc more such impediments in India. How can you compare yourself with China right now itself? You want to become like China but you cant follow Chinese modle of law in India? In India you want all kind of freebies ; more reservation; you don't want ucc you want to become like west but you wont follow western law and policies nor Chinese policies but you dream to fly with eagles while swimming with ducks? This is why many liberals are just a wannabe western person but they are illiterate. You cannot help put your house in order, but you want to have strong GDP growth and percapita income like Chinese with 60% labour forces in India huh? Answer to your question = you cannot clear 200 feet height without clearing 100 feet. Now we just cleared 100 feet and we are on the way to clearing 200 feet and for that measures have been already taken by the BJP govt in 2020 and 2015. Now all it require is 20 years time. You have to wait nothing is possible by over night.
