Knowing perfect English will not fetch you job in IT/ software industries etc. I know many people who knows only ABCd of English( ie just the basic English) and in better position in life. You need to stick on the subject matter ie "Indian politics" whatever you chose to begin instead of diverting topic to language skills and clubbing that with education ( being educated not necessarily mean your English language is good).

@sonych1494 many Indians have this problem. I've seen so many wannabe English men in comments. Most of those people are like they want to become like Americans and they buy so many whitening cream and try to become as fair as they are and land up in a no-man's-land.
