We fight when they pick up arms and extend friendly hands on their collar in assurance of friendship and care while they are weak. This culture used to be followed by Indian sanathana dharma culture in the past. Wars used to be fought fair and square while the enemy was not at disadvantage but while they were fully equipped and strong. So wars used to be fought under sun and stoped during sun set. In sun set the enemies used to help each others. This used to be the hindu culture. The last time this dharma was violated by ashwatama in mahabaratha. He goes and kills clan of pandavas.

  2.  @youarecreatedforapurpose  Persecuting non Hindus is never a part of hindu text. It is well within all abrahamic religions to persecute the nin Christians & non muslims. Eg are verse such surah 4 AN-Nisa verse 56 in Quran & verse such as 1 samuel 15 : 3 both abrahamic religion islam and christianity did persecution of pagans and non abrahamic groups from ancient past till today. So you should bring it to your practice whatever you preach.

  3.  Abhijeet Kundu  I get it what you say. We know what they done in past after prtviraj chauhan accepted the peace request of the ottomans after they surrendered. Since we know them already you can forgive the past by having root in dharma Philosophies and never forget, stay vigilant. This is what we doing now.
