India would've turned into dust had Soviet union not intervened. 1971 paxtan started harrsing Bangladeshi people. Bangladesh was a part of east paxtan back in time. Then refugees from Bangladesh started illegally flowing into west Bengal India through border and India was facing massive refugee crisis. Following this event paxtan shot down an Indian civilian aircraf dragging India into the war. USA and UK were returning from Vietnam war into bay of Bengal but they encountered the 7 feet of Soviet ships fully loaded with nukes. Soviet declared an attack against India would be an attack against Soviet union. US navy left immediately. Before that war the US president called the then Indian pm as "bitch il teach you a lesson". But they came here to learn lesson.😖
