@vineshdurga9839 no. Agreement was neither of the 2 nations would do hostile activities in border of either nations ( usa & ussr). This happened in 1962. While Soviet union broke up the west gave verbal assurance to the then Soviet leader that they will not expand nato to the Russian border and both will work together forever. Then the west breached this agreement by bombing pro Russian nations ( Russia's allies) just because they did not listen to west. Russia lost trust in west and stopped working with west. In response west started expanding NATO towards Russian border. In 2014 a neutral president elect of Ukraine was removed by use of coup by west and put a pro western puppet in Ukraine that is Russians bordering nation thus provoking Russia further to annex crimia. In response Ukraine's new comedian leader wants to join nato proving this current war. US is brain child behind this whole war and west is dancing💃💃💃 to US's singing🎶🎺🎤🎷.

@vineshdurga9839 meantime during India China border clash Ukraine was selling attack frigate engine tech to China and paxtan. Back in time Europe was doing trade with China paxtan. So when we are at war it is not Europe's problem. But when Europe is in war they say it is indias problem as well. Moreover Ukraine & west stood with paxtan agsinst India throughout the year. F16 was again sold by US to paxtan despite India raised concern. Neither did USA oblige to indias repeated request to change the rules of unsc membership. They will not do India these favor but now when they are in trouble they want india not to continue business with Russia, a nation that stood by our side during our toughest times even in time while our existence was threatened by the west Russia stood by our side. Now the west asking india not to do business with Russia how fair?
