  1. It's about many things. Both France and Russia are important to India. France abstained from voting while USA, uk, paxtan came to attack India in 1971 back in time Soviet union saved India from getting extinct. France supported indias stance but simultaneously did not vote against India or USA. Russia is neutral when it come to China. India & China important to Russia simultaneously Russia and France important to India. Ukraine sold frigate engine tech to China and paxtan during galwan clash. Ukraine sanctioned India during 1998 nuclear test. So everything are balanced here.

India will not leave USA also but if USA/ west comes up with conditional clause then we cant do anything. India cant leave Russia for USA or Ukraine. EU is USA's slave. They do whatever usa ask them to do. We cant do that.

  17. Both France & Russia are important to India. France forced India to vote for the resolution and Russia asked India to vote against resolution so a perfect balance = wall and abstain from voting.
