  6.  @mayank866  that's not possible. Law is something that stands by will of people and if people do not comply then the law and order will break. What do you expect from majority crowd where minority muslim crowd burn the pilgrims in train? You cannot expect the majorty crowd to serve them rasagula in response. They reacted to the violence though law did not allow them. Just by expressing views of supporting nupur sharma in Twitter the Twitter account holder khanailal was beheaded in live camera though law did not give the culprit authority to do that but he did the crime just because somebody criticized their book.
