One thing is there. Ration food in Tamil nadu ie worst quality. Ration comes from center. In states the state officials in ration office resell the best quality rice; dhall ; pulses etc to people who pay more. This is corruption. The state is not supposed to resell. They are supposed to give the ration to the people for free. @bindruk4321 I tell how they work. India is developing country. To make it worst we have federal system + multipolitcs + and nonsense like pseudo free speech. Now foreign NGOs in India will exploit "federal system" and if suppose if a particular state is leftist state govt rule, the foreign ngo under the influence of that state govt will collect data from univ that harbours seperatist forces and make their own data. This is federal system is dangerous for a developing nation. Because it will harbour safe haven for seperatist groups like those foreign NGOs who wish to create unrest in a nation.
