@killstreak742 dont blame the bhakts. Blame the leftist desciples instead because they only taught you that secularism means madrasha education.

yangleezhao9714 some countries who stand in cue to eat 1 time day meal and beg before world for new loan to repay old loan is having better image ( in world hunger index) than some country who is able to supply free wheat to war torn nations.😂

American courts never award death penalty for those who act in self defense.

yangleezhao9714 for in some countries like Pakistan, they put life above employment ( terrorism jobs) 😂

Arab world* muslim world. Lets not forget the lady in Pakistan who went to fetch water from a pond without knowing it was "no come zone for kafirs" and put her in jail and ordered death penalty. This same trend is happening only in muslim world.

The right punishment for her wouldve been life imprisonment than a death penalty. She went through lots of abuse by the victim. Moreover she did not get adequate help from their police and judiciary while she filed complaint against the victim. The victim used forged doc and told that she was his wife and all and seized her passport so she couldnt return to India. Their police arrested her instead of launching probe into her complaint about the forged marriage doc. The victim was already a seasonal criminal and he had been in jail for those issues but in her case they did not give her adequate legal assistance nor arrest the victim based on her complaint instead they arrested the one who went to file police complaint ( then how will you approach police station to seek assistance of law?). Another thing is she did not kill him deliberately. Her intention was to sedate him alone and get back her passport but the first sedation did not work on him because he was already drug addict so she used a stronger dose as suggested by the jail Waden in which he collapsed. So overal looking into the nature of the crime and intent in her mind at the time of murder, a death penalty is way too much. They could minimize into life imprisonment instead.

@soumengorai8346 it's in Yemen not Qatar. Quatar is a different issue. Yes overall Muslim nations give first preference to criminals. If you are a non Muslim and innocent, still they will punish the non muslim only. Because Allah gives special benifits to muslims even if they do crimes against non Muslim. That's the privilege of converting to Islam.

@@user-mv2vo2kr4fsir. We all know the age difference of ayisha and Muhammad which is technically rape. More over her only crime was she is christan. I know it is a privilege for criminals to walk over innocents only in Islamic states where they criminals gets upper caste status if he is a true Muslim. Thanks to almighty 👹 allah for that.🤲😖 The right punishment for her wouldve been life imprisonment than a death penalty. She went through lots of abuse by the victim. @dustudent1637 that's the privileged you get if you are a muslim. If you convert to Islam in Islamic states you can catch a girl; horse ; goat ; human girl and rape. If it's a human girl then she should be a non Muslim and you can seize her passport etc and you will get only life imprisonment but your victim will get death penalty. Moreover your victim will not have privilege to file police complaint like in this above case she will get arrested. All these privilege bestowed upon all muslims alone by the all merciful shaithan 👹 called Allah. 🤲🤤 Regards From : brother makes a good point🤲😖.

@kittycatwitabat9818 we guys are okays with self defense murders.

Indian legal system is worst than Yemen and Muslim world. Here you have all sort of loopholes for thugs fraudsters and criminals to escape. Salman Khan the one who ran over pedestrians with car is still happily enjoying life. The cji's judgement for rape and murder of 2 year old girl = "every sinners have a future and not every saints were pious.." this phrase he copied from some English novel like a slave. what more nonsence you need than this? Foolish legal system for foolish people of India and you blaming muslim world? This is why I promote yogi adityanath kind of govt who orders direct encounter so that criminals and thugs will never escape with help of legal system in India. Have some shame before you blame other legal system.
1
@atulnayak5715 "admission of guilt is never enough" first put your own house in order before giving fraudsters and criminals maximum secular and fair trial. Dont copy west just like that. They put their house in order before becoming democracy unlike our poor nation here by giving fair trial still you couldn't clean up "scammers" scamming the world.

@comforter1eternal doctors in India are pathetic. They just get a degree just for that title "doctor" to loot money from people.

@testaments9733 India doesn't prosecute the one who acts in self defense like the muslim world. In Muslim world the criminals can walk over the innocent if criminal is muslim and innocent is non Muslim like in this case. Just because the accused was non muslim she was put to death. Allah gives special mercy to muslims that way. Converting to Islam and you indulge in fraud activities and crimes, you are pardoned only because you are Muslim. This is a type of caste system created by Allah in which muslims alone have the highest privilege caste. So merciful is Allah. This is why Islam is religion of piece-piece.

@pradhyumansinghmandloi8240 late night courts in India only for certain class of people like foot soldiers who operate as mujahudeen terrorists etc. You should belong to the elements of anti India in order to avail special benifits like late night court rescue criminals in India.

@donjunal biggest evidence = the victim try to get her as his wife through forgery. The victim created a false marriage doc claiming that the accused was his wife. Evidence 2 = victim seized off her passport preventing her come to her home town. Lest proximate analysis could lead to Evidence 3 = ie she went to file police complaint against the victim but police got her arrested. This evidence you can get in CCTV cam in the alleged date Other events are all like chain reactions that happened to this murder. Gathering 1 & 2 evidence this case is apt for minimal punishment instead of a death penalty. If not the legal system in Arab world is agsinst the ethics of all human rights requirements.
1
@charmaine8512 sushma swaraj under pm modi in 2016-17 freed many Indians who's passport were seized by the Arab authorities who were placed in poor hygiene conditions and were almost held like slaves under captive. Apart from this there are primafacie records from US human rights committee of arab authorities seizing off passports of workers under illegal detention. I dont think any Indians would want to go to Arab world for work and violate their law and that top while their law is too strict based on religious principles.

@zabinsultanasyed4218 "good advise brother" "Hinduism is said to divide people and in contrast, Islam is said to bind people together. This is only a half-truth. For Islam divides as inexorably as it binds. Islam is a close corporation and the distinction that it makes between Muslims and non-Muslims is a very real, very positive and very alienating distinction. The brotherhood of Islam is not the universal brotherhood of man. It is a brotherhood of Muslims for Muslims only. There is a fraternity, but its benefit is confined to those within that corporation. For those who are outside the corporation, there is nothing but contempt and enmity,” BR Ambedkar - Partotion of India. "The second defect of Islam is that it is a system of social self-government and is incompatible with local self-government because the allegiance of a Muslim does not rest on his domicile in the country which is his but on the faith to which he belongs. To the Muslim ibi bene ibi patria [Where it is well with me, there is my country] is unthinkable. Wherever there is the rule of Islam, there is his own country. In other words, Islam can never allow a true Muslim to adopt India as his motherland and regard a Hindu as his kith and kin.” Dr Br Ambedkar. These 2 paragraph is apt to your comment.

@donjunal 1 & 2 are evidence because the deceased have forged marriage photo. He forged the picture of her real husband in India. Till so much it is truth. Not allegations. 2nd evidence about seizure of her passport is also evidence because that is truth. 3rd is allegation till the CCTV footage is counter checked.
1
@donjunal moreover the deceased is already a seasonal criminal. This is not allegation but a fact. He is already into drugs is also not allegation but a fact.
1
@donjunal using your logic then the investigating authorities also did not prove her crime.
1
@donjunal she admit to the murder while confession along with reason "self defense". So why cant they use her reasonable cause to minimize her punishment. If suppose mother murders a man who try to rape her daughter and police seize her mother and court award death penalty then what is the scope of self defense in Arab world?
1
Her only crime is she is non muslim ( a Christian).
